I thought they were wonderful not only did they have what I needed at a great price, but I couldn't believe how fast I received it. I would not hesitate to order from them again!!

Quick response to my request for a return of an item and resolved the issue very timely. I will continue to do business with Tanga because of this.

I bought a blue tooth speaker from Tanga. I checked reviews on the speaker and they were mostly positive, I didn't check Tanga - mistake. The speaker took 6 weeks to arrive, I received a couple of cute emails saying there were problems and the speaker would be " a little" delayed. Buying from [redacted] you expect quick shipments so Tanga failed miserably. So be aware that they drop ship whenever but will hit your credit card immediately. I doubt I will buy from them again as there are just Too many reputable sellers out there.

Amazingly dedicated company. These guys take customer service to a new level. A truly honest and fair company that is a shining example of what a small business should be about.

Recommending this company is a no-brainer. If it was only this easy with all companies I may learn to like shopping again!

Review: I purchased 2 LG G2 Android phones, one of which was defective and the other with some problems. I tried to request a refund via phone, web, and email, none of which resulted in the progression of return or refund process. I have tried to contact them numerous times. They do not answer phone calls at all, you can only leave a message, which are never returned. They only replied to 1 email, after which they also stopped responding.Desired Settlement: A full refund is the only acceptable outcome.

I bought a two pairs of refurbed sony headphones. One didn't come with the instruction booklet (no biggie), but it also didn't come with the airplane headphone adapter (biggie). I emailed Tanga support and got a response fairly quickly. They were all sold out of the headphones so they couldn't replace, so they offered a shipping label to return the incomplete set for a refund. I declined and they (Tanga[redacted]) gave me a credit for the missing part. Awesome. I told him he rocked, and he suggested I write my review...so there it is.

Review: On Dec 10, 2013, I ordered perfume totaling $76 + for Christmas gifts. On December 17, 2013, I was sent an email saying the company had run into a "delay" and that my items would not be delivered by Christmas. Additionally, they gave me until the next day ( I had to respond by 12/18/13) to cancel the order, but there was no mention that I would NOT get my money back if I cancelled the order. I told them they needed to upgrade the shipping as a consolation for the "delay". They refused and offered me a 10% refund of my money IF I cancelled the order. I did not cancel the order, but I was not happy and said so. The next email I received informed me that they had CANCELLED my order refunding $15.79 to my credit card for the inconvenience. I want ALL my money back, they are not out anything, especially since they cancelled the order, they shipped me nothing and the only transactions were emails. I wish I had checked them out before I bought this stuff they have a ton of similar complaints.Desired Settlement: refund of all my money

I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH MY DEALINGS WITH TANGA. THEY KEEP THE CUSTOMER POSTED ON THAT ORDER STATUS RIGHT UP TO THE TIME THE ITEM AS BEEN SENT. THEY HAVE A GREAT RETURN POLICY AND SEEM TO BEND OVER BACKWARD TO PLEASE THE CUSTOMER. THEY RESPOND QUICKLY TO REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION ON AN ITEM.

Review: Over the Cyber Monday Weekend, I purchased some items from Tanga.com which entitled me to a free magazine subscription in January. On 1/7/14 I received an email from Tanga with instructions how to redeem my free magazine subscription. In this email were a link to a website where I could choose my magazine, along with a voucher code to enter. When I clicked on the link and selected my magazine, I entered the voucher code, but it gave me an error, saying " The supplied Voucher Code is not valid. Please verify you are using the correct code.". I replied to the email from Tanga, letting them know about my issue. The next day (1/8/14) I hadn't yet received a reply from Tanga. I sent another reply to them asking for assistance, I also put a request on their "contact us" form on Tanga.com (they don't provide a customer service phone number or email address, only a "contact us" form. It has now been 48 hours and the only communication I've received from Tanga are automated responses " From Tanga's Customer Service Team Hello [redacted], This message is to let you know your request has been received. We look forward to answering your question as soon as possible". along with more advertisement emails to purchase their products.Desired Settlement: I would just like them to respond and provide my free magazine.

I find comfort in knowing that I am dealing with a small company doing business in, and from the US. The pricing is very competitive and the customer service is exceptional. I purchase from Tanga every chance I get and will continue to do so. Very pleased overall.

Review: I have (2) issues I need addressing. I sent several e-mails to the companys about returns and possible fraudulent activity. However, they have not contacted me back or addressed my issue.

I want to return my full order for full credit plus a prepaid label.

(1) I purchased eyelines. And the quality of eyeliners are not good. I used one and it broke off and the other one had some weird ink that spread on my face.

(2) I purchased several earrings of tanzanite. And all tanzanite that is being represented were represented as genuine tanzanite and they were taken in to a jeweler and I was told is not genuine. This is something that could get their company sued for false misrepresentation. If they are buying from another company they should be aware. If I am in error, I asked them to send paperwork of authenticity and I will go back into jeweler.

The customer was sent a prepaid return label for the earrings and a discount for the cosmetics. We will have the buyers investigate the authenticity of the earrings. As soon as the prepaid label shows tracking movement, the customer will be refunded for the earrings.

I bought a ring on Dec 1st the took the money out of my account as soon as I finished my purchase. I waited the 10 days like they said to process my order, then I got a tracking number, the tracking number never linked to anything, 15 days later I sent an email asking where my item was, they sent me a response sending me to a page of frequently asked questions that didn't help at all.Then this morning on the Dec 22nd I get an email and my money refunded not giving me an explanation on why I never got my item, just here is your refund. I never asked for a refund I wanted the product,or give me an explanation what was wrong with the order,and why they put a fake tracking number by my purchase..

Review: I bought an [redacted] order number [redacted] for $84.99 and a light tungsten gold brushed size 7 for $9.99 on April 28th, 2015, from Tanga. I returned both items because the items were different from what I needed, more so there was a provision for refund. Both items were returned via USPS with tracking number [redacted] on 05/15/2015. Tanga's customer service sent me an email on May 28th, 2015, and told me to expect my refund within 7 business days. Up till nor I have not received my refund and my emails on this issue have been ignored.Desired Settlement: I need my refund as promised before purchase.

Mr [redacted] was refunded for the returned iPhone on May 28th and I just refunded the ring.If he is willing to give the last 4 digits and expiration date of the credit card, I can get a statement from our payment system to prove he was refunded. Also, all of his emails to our support desk were answered within 3 days.

Review: Purchased approximately $100 worth of shirts in October and here it is after Christmas and they are still undelivered and the company is unresponsive. I have tried to contact the company on several occasions and have not received a response.Desired Settlement: I think the company should have a number posted to resolve complaints or otherwise respond electronically within a reasonable amount of time (even one week would be acceptable). If the company is unable to fulfill orders, customers should be notified immediately and given the option of a cancellation instead of being charged and then never receiving the shirts.

I am very happy with the customer service at TANGA. Recently I forgot to input a free shipping coupon. I wrote to TANGA and within 24 hours I had a credit to my card for the amount of shipping! No questions asked, just perfect customer service. I have ordered several items to be shipping to me as well as gifts and shipped directly to family and friends and the service is A+! Never a problem. I LOVE TANGA!

Tanga is a superior on-line company that offers very deep discounts on high quality items (from jewelry to underwear, etc.). I've purchased many products from Tanga & have always loved every product I've received. Tanya's Customer Service is excellent...if you aren't happy with your purchase, they will make it right to your complete satisfaction. This is a small (50 employee) Fortune 500 top recognized business who definitely deserves to earn a Revdex.com rating of A+.

Review: On May 9th I received a [redacted] email advertising Beats by [redacted] In-Ear Headphones 77% off from Tanga. I purchased a black pair and a pink pair of the Headphones for $38.99 each. When I received the Headphones I notified Tanga immediately that the pink headphones did not work and requested information on how to return the item for my refund. Tanga replied on 5/15 and advised me to give them 2 -5 business days for the information because they are a small organization.

On May 22, I received the following communication from Tanga:

Hey [redacted],

Thanks for being so patient! I heard back from the warehouse, but they need a bit more information. I got that to them! So we should have this all figured out for you within the next few days!

On 5/28 - 8 business days after contacting Tanga and having heard nothing, I reached out to [redacted] and advised the following:

I have ordered from your website in the past with no issues until now. I am very disappointed with this vendor. Please assist me in re-mediating this situation by providing me with a quick refund of my $39.99 from Tanga, a very misrepresented organization.

On May 28th I responded as follows:

I believe I have been more than patient in awaiting directions on how to

return my defective headphones. You requested that I give you from 2 - 5

business days, well it has been 8. If my $39.99 is not refunded, I will

have no alternative but to file a claim with the Revdex.com. I

expect directions from your organization by no later than 5/30 - 2 more

business days!

On May 30, I then received the following response from Tanga:

Hi there [redacted],

This is [redacted]. I recently commented to your on your resellerratings.com post. We will need the items back before we refund you for the headphones, and are working with this particular warehouse to get you a return label.

If by Monday we have not heard from them, we will send a return label which will come to our office, so we can make sure that we get the item back, and refunded as soon as possible.
