This can not possibly be the caseFor example, today I selected the offer to get free samples from TideTo qualify for the points, I had to registered with valid information (email, name, DOB, address and phone number) which I didAfter entering my information I hit 'redeem'Then I was taking to pages that had multiple offers to participate in other types of research, get different samples of other products, prescriptions, qualify for money loans or get information for my GED, insurance, or car quote needsAfter skipping multiple pages of these 'offers' I finally was taken to a page that had the Tide samplesClicking that link took me to an entirely different page that not only offered me Tide samples but other samples as wellAgain, I selected Tide samples and again an entirely new page loaded and again asked me for all my informationAs far as I am concerned I already gave that information This has happened multiple timesSometimes I just resign myself to the fact that it is a fraud offer and do nothingOther times I report it to Tapjoy, and after usually getting emails, (form emails at that) I am eventually told that I should look for a link in my email to verifyThat is impossible to do as I have no idea where said email would come fromI have ZERO emails in my inbox from Tide Either Tapjoy is aware of these extremely shady marketing tactics and doesn't care, or they are woefully ignorant of what their third-parry partners are doingEither way it is negligent behaviorIf you are indeed aware, then Tapjoy needs to be specific in what they are asking the users to doI gave my informationNowhere does it say I have to give it multiple times to numerous marketing groupsIf a user has to answer multiple surveys, and if those surveys have no "ending", then the users should be informed of thatA brief perusal of message boards of apps that utilize Tapjoy find no shortage of complaints about these types actionsTapjoy should be honest with the users Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2015/11/16) */ We appreciate the feedback regarding the 'Register today for your FREE Sample of Tide!' offerWe will look into this and again confirm currency is received after successfully completing the offer as per the instructions If there are other offers successfully completed and not awarded, the customer must submit a ticket via the device the offer was taken along with the required valid proof of completion (this is in the form of an email or screenshot)Once provided and confirmed we then award the user's device for the offer

My complaint was entered on 5-16-I dont accept their response of half credit Tapjoy lied to Revdex.com and said, "Our Supervisor credited the user Soul Points in Dark Summoner as a one-time exception to try and appease the user, yet a complaint was still submitted." None of TapJoy's written collateral says anything to this effect I provided the requested proof three separate timesTo begin each line of correspondence, TapJoy would request said proof, then I would immediately send itThree days later I would get the original request all over again from TapJoy asking for the evidenceBut for the Revdex.com, I would be in an infinite loopI firmly believe this is a standard practice for TapJoy It is firmly my opinion that TapJoy is a predatory and grossly unethical organization [redacted]

On X-tapjoy made me aware that resetting the advertising identifier would cause issues and was against their terms of serviceI accepted this explanation and ceased to utilize this option which is part of apples iOS advertising privacy settingsSince I never used this setting option again, I can only assume after updating to iOS tapjoys department seen this as a reset to the setting mentioned, yet I highly doubt this is the caseI still believe they suspended me because of the amount of non payed offers I submitted help for, since I never breached there terms of service after I was made aware of that fact from tapjoy in JanuaryIt was only used in the first place because of the vast amount of issues with the service they provideUltimately I just wanted it to work as advertised, and I was not gonna just let what they owed me fall by the wayside, so I wrote a ticket every time, for every offer they didn't pay out onI then realized from the interaction or lack there of, of customer service, what horrible business practices they have, and how they had no intention on reimbursing me on the larger offers, and only the small offers if at allEven then they would give me a smaller amount then what was originally specifiedInstead of working with me or having any dialogue, they ignored and furnished vague excusesThey need to be accountable for the offers they don't pay out, since they are being paid money by the advertisersI emplore tapjoy to explain specifically what the issue is, and not the same "violation of terms of service" explanationThis lack of transparency adds to the sketchiness of this business Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2015/05/08) */ This user was banned from using Tapjoy's services 4/22/for the sole reason of violating our Terms of Service again, after being previously warned 1/10/ Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (4200, 11, 2015/05/13) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) This user's rewards were blocked by our Risk Management systemThis user was warned for violating Tapjoy's Terms of Service, and the blocked rewards forced/awardedIf they continue to violate our TOS they will be banned from using Tapjoy's services

We apologize for the delay but the way that Tapjoy works is that we are not trying to avoid issuing currency to users who have successfully completed our offersWhen a user is not awarded after completing an offer, our Advertising Partners require the user provide valid proof of completion before we can issue the currency since we do not own the offerWe make sure to let each user know that this process may take up to 3-business days for the Advertisers to verify Regarding this users ticket number - worth 168,credits for the "Shop Pura Vida bracelets hand-crafted in Costa Rica!" offer, our systems show that he was successfully credited on April 7th
