Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:The "facts" they have chosen to offer in their defense don't include the countless offers that were not only no rewards given, but completely and absolutely ignored and treated as if they never took placeAnd as for the two examples they decided to cite as my "only offers that weren't paid out" their reasons are a blatant lieI have never at any time gone through alternative means to download any of the apps they were offering rewards for but it also strikes me as peculiar that the two apps in question were not only two of the many apps that I spent real money to complete but they also would have paid out somewhere between three and four thousand gold apiece due to them being done during one of their bonus rewards events

We're very sorry for the delay in rewards but the way that Tapjoy works is that when a user is not awarded after completing an offer, our Advertising Partners require the user provide valid proof of completion before we can issue the currency since we do not own the offerThis may take a bit of
time to hear back from them regarding each customer's rewardThis customer's ticket #*** for the "Subscribe to *** ***" offer was awarded on March 19th for Coins.He has another ticket# *** for the "Join Disney Movie Club Today!" offer and it is currently in progress meaning that it's been sent up to the Advertiser to be verifiedHe will know if he's eligible to be awarded within the next business days
