Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Not only do they cause they're backlogged by not responding properly they also when they try to work it out do not give all of the gold awards that was promisedLike tips on playing the guitar Rewards double reward offer of gold but they only will pay the regular and not the promotional rewardSincerely, [redacted]

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/09/23) */ This customer's rewards were blocked by our Risk Management systemThis issue has since been resolved and we have awarded the customer the blocked currency, which includes Pool Cash for the 'Pay Your Bills with Mint Bills!' offerWe apologize for the inconvenience Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (2000, 7, 2015/09/29) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/04/22) */ Please see the correspondence to/from this user below via ticket XXXXXXXX: 4/16/15: "My name is [redacted] and I am a Customer Service Supervisor here at TapjoyThank you for your email, and I apologize for the inconvenience and any frustration causedTapjoy's offers are owned by third-party AdvertisersWhen you completed the below mentioned offers, their servers did not notify ours to credit your deviceBecause of this, we must confirm eligibility before we creditAs you have not submitted tickets for most of these offers, in order for me to credit your device for these offers I will need you to provide me with the proof of completion received after successfully completing these offersFor the 'Buying or Refinancing a home? Get a free quote!' offer (ticket XXXXXXXX), we will need the loan quote receivedFor the 'Save Up To $455/ Year - Compare Car Insurance Quotes Free' offer, please provide the auto insurance quote receivedFor the 'Stream America's #Network with CBS All AccessFree Trial!' offer, we will need the confirmation email received after signing up for the 1-week free trialFor the 'Share your opinion to receive your reward!' offer, we will need the confirmation email received after completing the surveyYou had also mentioned a "Solar Energy Bid" offer, but I was unable to locate this offer/clickID on your deviceOnce you have provided the required proof, I can then credit your device for these offers." Response received 4/16: "Hello ***, So if I am reading this correctly "I" have to jump through your hoops, and YOU and TapJoy are calling my a liar Seems to my your programming is less than stellarThis is a game, not a job for me to do for YOU I alerted you of YOUR short comings in programming and you want me to spend time with the countless failed offers I have already spent time with without TapJoy holding up its end of the bargain? Doesn't sound like a sound business model As I have said before, If my rewards are not updated in a short amount of time, I am NOT going to spend my time proving to a rip-off game company that I am NOT a liarI will however spend my time to contact your advertizes and telling my friends and colleges to do the same and I will let them know your stance on this, easy to fix problem, to every social media venueI will inform them that you have basically called me a liar, along with other friends that have had the same issue This was not a large deal until I experienced two things, incompetence on your company's programming ability and being called a liarI do not take things of that nature lightly Remember I am the customer and the consumerI DO NOT work for you!" 4/17/15: "Thank you for your responsePlease know that no one is calling you a liarIf you have not been awarded for these offers after successfully completing them as per the offer instructions we need you to simply forward the proof you were sent after completing them, and we are happy to credit your deviceWithout this proof we are unable to credit your deviceI am sorry for the inconvenience, but this is the way Tapjoy works." Response received 4/17: "***, I'm not sure you are aware of what calling someone a liar is but, if I tell you that your programming is flawed and you tell me to prove that I took a survey, got a phone call for an insurance quote etchow would I "prove" these things? If you are not taking my word that I DID do these things, you are NOT believing me, and there for you ARE calling me a liar I can not decide if you are lazy or pettyI told you of a problem, you ask me to do YOUR job and investigate your flaws with your offers when all you needed to do is a few key strokes to make a user of your game happyInstead you call me a liar and ask me for things that are imposable to "prove"***, we are not talking about real gold, real money I hope that you and your ilk end up in the unemployment office because if you worked for my corporation and treated customers and consumers like you have you would be escorted off the premisesAs the owner of a successful corporation I have the follow through and make my customers happy, which is why and how I stay in business It seems anymore that people like you that are lazy, complacent and do little or nothing keep their jobs and even get promoted Since you have failed at your job of "customer service" or "reward help" I will take my complaints elsewhereSome place that will cost your company money Being spammed to death and then TapJoy not holding up their end of the bargain is bad business." The currency awarded in a an application does have monetary value, and we must charge the Advertiser and pay the Publisher for each offer rewardedAs stated previously, once the user provides the proof as required by our Advertising Partners, we are happy to credit his device for these offers Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/04/28) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The problem has not been resolved and as I said, I feel that I should not, nor is it possible for me to prove that I took a survey or received a phone call from insurance agency etcTapJoy offered a reward and did not deliverThen they went on to accuse me of lyingThis is bait and switch, selling out customers to be spammed and not delivering what they promisedThat is NOT a good business practice They have gladly fixed there problems in the past but now seem to have some petty need to call me and other consumers liarsUntil Tapjoy makes good on there end AND apologizes for making me prove anything I still feel that they are bad for business Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2015/05/08) */ As stated previously, once the user provides the proof as required by our Advertising Partners, we are happy to credit their device for these offers Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (4200, 11, 2015/05/13) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) As I have previously stated - No change and no credits have been issuedThe company is STILL calling my a liar, which is slander, and I am unable to prove anything since these were on line surveys and insurance quotes that were inbound phone callsThis company is still - Bait And Switch! I would like to speak with the president of the company personally ( [redacted] ) about this and possible legal action for TapJoy's accusations

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: In my opinion, Tapjoy is using the excuse of this being a repeat offer to cover their mistake AND to avoid awarding the promised diamondsIndeed, I did complete an offer with [redacted] via Tapjoy in November of I have attached the screenshot of this offerNO WHERE does it say this is a one-time offer! Additionally, if Tapjoy did not allow "repeat offers" then it is their responsibility to NOT add a second, DIFFERENT [redacted] offer to the list for the userThis is exactly what they did in February of As the second attached screenshot shows, not only were the [redacted] offers different (November required a $order from [redacted] for diamond, whereas February required at $order from [redacted] for diamonds) but it does not say or imply that the first offer cancels out the secondThe words "Get ***" DO NOT logically translate as meaning "only once" to me or anyone with understanding of the English languageAnd, again, if a user such as myself is not allowed to complete an offer twice, especially when the offers are for different amounts and different diamond awards, it is Tapjoy who is at fault for the confusion Bottomline, I saw the offer, completed it in good faith, and am now out $20+ and 13,Their payment of was simply an attempt to placate because they knew I had reported them to Covet Fashion and the ***Their attitude is insulting Furthermore, even after all of this back and forth, my Tapjoy app offer screen STILL HAS THE $ [redacted] OFFER LISTED!!!!!!! How can Tapjoy be trusted to properly award ANY offers without fabricating some excuse for ineligibility? By the way, while this offer is the one under dispute, Tapjoy is CONSTANTLY declining offer awardsI personally submitted no less than support tickets during the February double diamond event after being declined, each one taking days to weeks of sending proof, contacting the third-party, and so on before Tapjoy reluctantly paid outPersistence is the only reason I got those other diamonds, which is what Tapjoy is hoping most users do not haveThis is a scam practice if ever there was one [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/05/01) */ Tapjoy's offers are owned by third-party AdvertisersIf a user successfully completes and offer and is not rewarded this means their servers did not notify our to credit the user's deviceIn order to credit their device the missing currency the Advertiser requires the user provide valid proof of completionThis user was awarded for the FTD offer 'Tulips are in season! Get yours now!' (ticket #XXXXXXXX) X/29/once we received confirmation from FTD the user was eligible for rewardThe user's device was also rewarded for the Hello Fresh offer 'Get a fresh box of recipes+ingredients at your door! $off!' 4/24/15, the same day the offer was taken/completedTheir device was again credited for the DiscountMags offer 'Look your best with GQ Magazine' 4/22/the same day the offer was takenThe user has a pending ticket (#XXXXXXXX) for the 'Signup for flarePlay & play your favorite mobile apps on TV!' offer, and our team has requested the user provide the required proof of completionOnce this is provided/received, we will confirm eligibility with the Advertiser and credit their device

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/08/18) */ ***, After reviewing your ticket, it appears as though you did provide us with the information required in order to be approved for reward for this offerHowever, we are unable to locate the device in our system that you used to complete this offerThe device information we have, does not show the Vista Shops order being taken, or viewed, from itThe requested information is necessary in order for us to ensure the credits are delivered to your account successfullyWithout that information, we will be unable to provide you your in game currencyI apologize for your frustrations, but please understand we would like to award you properly for completing the offerIf you are unable, or unwilling to provide us with your device ID, you may alternately create a Tapjoy Gamer Account, and link it to thatYou can do that by going to http://my.tapjoy.com Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/08/27) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I DID make the purchase with my iphone to Vista Shops through the Tapjoy offerI'm in complete disbelief that I've had to jump through so many hoops to prove this and still the issue isn't resolvedI'm contacting the administration of the game 'Kill Shot' to let them know this matter hasn't be resolved even after filing a complaint with the Revdex.comIf I do not receive the gold I earned I will make certain to submit a forum on the game that I was wasn't treated fairly and was robbed by Tapjoy Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2015/09/03) */ As previously stated, we need the device information that the offer was taken on in order to be able to issue the creditsWithout this, we are unable to locate any account, and thus cannot award the creditsI apologize if you feel cheated or robbedOnce you have provided us with your device information, we will be glad to issue the currency due for completing the "Vista Shops" offer Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (4200, 11, 2015/09/07) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I do not accept this, the device is a company iPhone and I can not give out that information as previously stated

We're extremely sorry for the delay in rewardsThe way that Tapjoy works is that when a user is not awarded after completing an offer, our Advertising Partners require the user provide valid proof of completion before we can issue the currency since we do not own the offerI have escalated this users tickets for the "Rent your favorite game or movie! day FREE GameFly trial!" offer, the "Get Your Credit Score FREE in UNDER A MINUTE with eScore!" offer, the "Try ABCmouse.com Early Learning Academy FREE for days!" offer, and the "Buy a Prize Candle and Win up to $5000!" offerShe will be hearing back shortly from one of our agent's via her ticket numbers

When submitting a ticket it states: "Tapjoy requires up to hours for your account balance to updatePlease wait until that time if you do not see your completed offer in the list below"Ticket [redacted] was submitted for the 'Make a $Deposit' offer 9/17/The user provided the requested proof of completion, and this was escalated to the Advertiser, MachineZone, 9/18/to verify eligibilityThis was awarded 9/21/with Coins in Walking Dead: Road to Survival after being confirmed eligible by the Advertiser

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/06/25) */ Tapjoy's offers are owned by third-party AdvertisersIf a user has successfully completed an offer as per the instructions and not been rewarded, we must confirm eligibility before we can credit their deviceFor the 'Get Your Free Credit Score Instantly!' offer, the offer instructions state: "User signs up to receive a free day trial of MyScore Credit Monitoring Service along with a Free Credit ScoreInvalid or information will not be rewarded." When successfully completed, the user would receive a confirmation email from MyScore showing they signed up for the 7-day free trialWhen this was requested from the user, they responded stating this was not received, and provided a membership cancellation screenshot from Identity ProtectThis is not valid proof of completion for this offer, and the user was told they could not be rewarded without providing the required valid proof Regarding the survey offers, the user has provided valid proof and been rewarded for the 'Interested in Clinical Trials? Take a min survey today!' offer, and the 'Enter to Win Baby Gear Today!' offerThis user has no other open/pending tickets for a survey offer Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (2000, 7, 2015/06/29) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) Tapjoy has paid me planet coins for the issues I hadI have accepted this response from tapjoy

Tapjoy's offers are owned by third-party AdvertisersIf a customer is not awarded after successfully completing an offer as per the instructions, we must confirm eligibility before we can credit their deviceTicket [redacted] - determined ineligible for reward for the 'FREE Energy Shots from TUBE SHOT! Just pay $S&H!' offer, as they did not sithrough Tapjoy

Tapjoy's offers are owned by third-party AdvertisersIf a customer is not awarded after successfully completing an offer as per the instructions, we must confirm eligibility before we can credit their device Ticket [redacted] - awarded Diamonds in Covet Fashion - Dress Up Game 5/16/for the 'Delicious Blueberry Matcha sample for only $today!' offer Ticket [redacted] - awarded Diamonds in Covet Fashion - Dress Up Game 5/11/for the 'Shop 1-800-PetMeds, and get an EXTRA 10% OFF + Free Shipping' offer Ticket [redacted] - awarded Diamonds in Covet Fashion - Dress Up Game 5/11/for the 'Get $off your first eBook!' offer We apologize for the time taken to resolve their issues

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The offer stated to complete an offer on the first page The first offer that came up was the month trial to [redacted] which I signed up for I provided them with proof of signing up for the offer on several occasions, but they did not accept it, stating that my proof did not contain a codethe offer I signed up for did not provide such, nevertheless, I did complete the offer To suggest that they only paid the offer to appease me is convenient as it was done ONLY after receiving the Revdex.com complaintSincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely, [redacted]

This user's device was awarded 6/30/with Boss Coins in Online Soccer Manager for the [redacted] Days RISK FREE + 10% Off' offerThey were also informed of this via ticket [redacted] This user is also submitting tickets from multiple email addresses, which will only cause confusion and delays in resolution to their issues

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/05/15) */ This user's rewards have been blocked by our Risk Management systemThis user has been warned for violating our Terms of Service, and their blocked rewards forced/rewardedIf this user violates our TOS again, they will be banned from using Tapjoy's services Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/05/18) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I have thoroughly observed TapJoy's TOS and have not knowingly done anything to violate itI request to know exactly when and in what way I have supposedly violated their TOS Meanwhile, most of the "download and run app" offers are still not paying out Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2015/05/20) */ This is the correspondence sent to the user regarding violating Tapjoy's Terms of Service: "Our Risk Management systems have detected behavior on your account that is a violation of our Terms of ServiceChanging settings on your device to gain access to offers that are not normally available to you circumvents the steps we've taken to deliver the best user experience for all of our usersWe have systems in place to monitor and flag this behavior, so this can potentially lead to delays in receiving your rewards as well as situations where we're unable to deliver currency at all Part of what allows these systems to be successful is that we don't reveal the specific criteria we use when flagging these violations, but here are a few tips to keep in-mind! First, changing your Device Identifier causes a number of issues in our systems, not limited to being flagged by our Risk Management systems The use of VPN, Proxies and/or any service or device that alters the information provided by your mobile device can also trigger our systems and cause issues with a lot of the measures we've put in place to try and deliver a fantastic experience to you as our user Please let this serve as our notice to you that continuing this behavior will result in the permanent suspension of your account from Tapjoy services." As previously stated, if the user continues to violate our TOS, they will be banned from using Tapjoy's services Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (4200, 11, 2015/05/27) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I have not participated in any of the "behaviors" outlined in TapJoy's responseTherefore, I again request to know the specific violation to their TOS so that I am sure not to violate it in the futureIf TapJoy chooses not to reveal this criteria or provide proof of a TOS violation, then they possess no legal right to refuse their service to users As of this morning, my account has again been blocked by the "Come back later for more offers" black screen that prevents access to TapJoy's offersI also request to know the specific activities that activate this apparent suspension so that I may avoid it in the future I have also noticed of late that a number of offers that do not pay out no longer materialize in the Track Rewards section of the TapJoy app, preventing the ability to report these issues via their customer service system

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They advertise what was listed in the responseI went through the check list with them and did exactly as what they advertisedI still did not get what was advertised after doing all of the stepsThe reason they list later is that I did not "meet"wasn't even part of the list nor does it make any sense since I used there app link to get the app described If they advertise that you get X for doing Y they cannot IMO say you didn't meet Z which was not in the listed regardless of some deal they have with said supplier because they did not list that as requiredNot only that but using what was supplied to me and then saying I should have gone through some other mechanism which happens to be the exact one I used and saying that well we aren't rejecting you a third party is and that is what they claim isn't living up to what was listed from them In other words it is simply advertising and trying to shift blame to a third party because they don't want to pony up what was offered This also is not the only transaction they failed to live up toIn each case it seems as though they simply don't care and always try to blame these third party apps they work with instead of living up to the advertisements they post.Sincerely, [redacted]

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/12/23) */ Thank you for bringing this issue to our attentionWe have looked into this and found there has been a technical glitch in Walking Dead: Road to Survival, showing the incorrect currency amount on the second page of the offerThe good news is the customer is awarded the correct/higher amount of currency when the offer is awardedWe are currently looking into how to resolve this issue, and apologize for the inconvenience and misinformation

The way that Tapjoy works is that when a user is not awarded after completing an offer, our Advertising Partners require the user provide valid proof of completion before we can issue the currency since we do not own the offer.Looking into his account, I can see that he only has two current tickets that he submittedThe first one is ticket number [redacted] for the "Fishdom: Deep Dive" offer that is currently waiting for him to provide proof in order to be awarded successfullyHis second ticket number is [redacted] for the "Compare & Save with FREE Life Insurance Quotes!" offer and it has been sent up to the Advertiser to be verifiedThe Advertiser will get back to us within business days to let us know if this user is eligible to be awarded

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: TapJoy is the company that advertises these apparent "Third parties", yet takes no responsibility for damage control of any kind? No, instead, they simply take the advertisers money & then wash their hands of itIs this not entrapment by some means? TapJoy tells their customers to "Click on this shiny button to receive rewards in the game that you are playing", then when things don't go right..."Oh, sorry, I know we coaxed you to push said button, but whatever happens after that is entirely YOUR fault." At some point, these companies need to take responsibility for their own actions If I have to mount an anti-TapJoy campaign through social media to get my point out there, then so be it Their response is merely a cookie-cutter cop outI also find it extremely coincidental that within days of my complaint, my spam emails from these companies jumped from 20-ish per day to 80-ish, and now i'm also getting texts & phone calls to my unlisted number Great job TapJoy! If nothing else, at least try doing a little background check on your "Third party" advertisers before you push their products down your paying customer's throats Sincerely, [redacted]

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/07/08) */ Tapjoy's offers are owned by third-party AdvertisersIf a user has successfully completed an offer as per the instructions and are not rewarded, we must confirm eligibility before we can credit their deviceThis user submitted a ticket (XXXXXXXX) for the 'Signup for flarePlay & play your favorite mobile apps on TV!' offer and was denied eligibility by the Advertiser as their order was canceled/refunded 4/28/The user then submitted another ticket (XXXXXXXX) for the same offer stating they had taken the offer againWhen sent to the Adv to verify eligibility they responded not to reward the user stating: "ordered on 4/cxl 4/and is now trying to do it again...." We are not able to credit a users device without the Advertiser's approval, and the Advertiser again denied the user's eligibilityWe have since resolved this issue via the user's ticket
