Tapjoy insist that they blocked me for violating their TOS, while they refuse to state outright what violation I have committedIn their emails of 5/27/and 7/15/15, (copies of which can be forwarded for the Revdex.com review upon request), they imply that the fact that I use VPN in order to view and download their advertisement offers is a violation, however they accept for thousands of other people around the world to use VPN without getting blockedSince I live in ***, I have no other way for those offers to be available to me, and the same holds true for thousands of other users who live in countries other than the USA or UKThey all use VPN and they are reimbursed with the in-game currency Tapjoy offers for completing their offers and they are most definitely not blocked from the Tapjoy page, as I have beenAll I ask is for fair treatment, to be paid what Tapjoy owe me in virtual currency, like thousands of other players are all around the worldIn addition, my email is flooded by spam from the advertisers in the Tapjoy offers to this date, meanwhile Tapjoy insist that I am violating their TOS by using VPN, while their advertisements are coming through to me regardless of my living outside the USA or UK and requiring me to use VPNThank you

"As stated in our previous response, we will be unable to go into further detail regarding the suspension of your account from Tapjoy services, as we do not provide information regarding proprietary systems and/or methods of detecting this type of behavior
The only information we will be able to provide to you is that our Risk Management systems have detected behavior on your account that is a violation of our Terms of ServiceChanging settings on your device to gain access to offers that are not normally available to you circumvents the steps we've taken to deliver the best user experience for all of our usersIf you would like more information regarding the terms of our service, I again encourage you to review them here: https://my.tapjoy.com/static/tos
Unfortunately, with the suspension of your account, Tapjoy services and support will no longer be available to you."

Tapjoy blocked me and do not pay me the in-game currency they owe me for downloading their advertisements for, as they imply in their emails, using VPN to gain access to them in ***, while they have not blocked other VPN users in many countries, including ***, and they give them their in-game rewardsI still do not know why I am being singled-out and discriminated againstI also am not getting any help from the Revdex.com, who fail to see the unfair and discriminatory treatment I am gettingPlease see to it that I get fair treatment, as other Tapjoy customers who use VPN doThank you

When offers go as advertised and the customer gets what is advertised then the service is as you say, not a scamBut many of these offers are complete dead ends that harvest information from the user and then leave them with no way to complete the offersThis is just one example of how these offers can go wrong, and then instead of working closely with the customer to figure out what went wrong the customer gets emails days later requiring them to prove their caseIt's all wrong, guilty until proven innocentI don't think tapjoy is guilty of being fraudulent, but I know for a fact they should and could do more to police their offers to ensure that they are 100% complete-able, and possibleAll offers should be transparent, straight forward and easily completedSome are, but many more are not and some even appear to take advantageTo not accept that possibility and refuse to look into it is doing a disservice to the company and its customersMy access to offers has been taken away because I complained, so none of this does me any good, but I still believe those that still have access should be treated fairlyNot everyone with a complaint is trying to get something for free

Im not currently banned from tapjoy, but within an hour of the complaint being sent to tapjoy by the Revdex.com my account was limited to low payout videosI haven't really looked since but it did happen
And I was eventually credited for the offer, so we can stop nowPlease do consider the things I've said, it's painfull, but there is truth to my complaintsHave one person sit and do these offers for a month and report back to you and you'll find the same complaints I assure youThere an incredible amount of times that offers didn't work out and I just closed the page and moved on to the next one, I'm not out to get free credits, I just want acknowledgement that if others are using your service to mislead your customers you will move to protect their interests and heed their concerns
I question your commitment to that, but I've said more than enough, I'll allow the complaint to be resolved from here
