The hosting provider failed to notify that the hosting cpanel was expiring as (all email boxes checked)and deleted our website from the server without our knowledgeIn reaching out to the company they now say they are unable to recover due to their own error

I've been having problems company-wide with not being able to see the body of emails, and some email addresses won't show any new emails for the last couple of days(email addresses affected)Nobody on chat help has been able to help meEveryone tells me it is a connection or device issue, but everyone uses different computers, browsers, virus scan, internet providers, etcSo, I have to call a long distance number to sit on hold for an hour to be told there is nothing wrong with our emails
This isn't the first time we've had problemsThree of our email addresses were constantly kicked out of email (again, different computers, virus scan, browsers, internet providers, etc)Godaddy denied it was their issueIt magically went away on its own after six (SIX!!!) connections with customer service

I've been a customer with GoDaddy for several yearsLast year, I switched to their hosting plan from Mocha HostWith Mocha Host I was paying $for the year plan and got web hosting, email and SQL Server with a control panel to help me manage everythingGoDaddy offered the same price but have removed their email package which used to come free with each domain and are wanting to fleece their customers by charging MORE for email than the web hosting and database
Furthermore, the SQL data hosting doesn't allow the customer to be able to do a database restoreGoDaddy has sold me a product I can't useThe customer service "professionals" are completely useless when it comes to this and are not the LEAST bit educated in resolving this issue
How can a business this size get away with such crooked practices??

I have had Godaddy for my email address and server for over a decade I was originally on an unlimited email plan, which included many other amenities with a Costco package Little by little they amenities went away I was then told I could no longer keep my professional website Also, once I changed my website, nothing would be saved I changed my site, only to be told later that was for sales purposes and I did not have to do that This happened twice
Then I was also informed that I no longer had a package with unlimited emails since “I” changed my website, I was no longer grandfathered in and I had to pay extra for MB of storage During the decade where I used my Godaddy email address for absolutely everything, including legal, and personal as well as business, I re-created my website again and purchased additional storage making it 2000MB
Within approximately one month of the upgrade to

I contacted GoDaddy on behalf of my client because they were not satisfied with GoDaddy's email serviceI was encouraged to purchase a product called Office Since the purchase, my client has requested to discontinue this serviceWhen I called GoDaddy, they informed me that I agreed to a contract and that the terms of the contract were CLEARLY explained to meNot only do I dispute the fact that I agreed to any such terms, I dispute the fact that they were ever CLEARLY explainedI have been in contact with the so-called "office of the ceo," and they have not been able to provide any proof that I agreed to anythingThey just insist that it "has been documented." Based on the experiences I have had with the greatly inadequate GoDaddy customer service staff, I would not hesitate to suspect malfeasance

This company keeps adding services to my account that I did not request This is the 3rd time that they have done this I'm pretty attentive, but I wonder how much revenue they generate from people who do not pay attention I will be moving my web services away

5/16/- I purchased web hosting on 4/14/for years the same as my domain I am now working with a web designer who told me their product includes the price of a web hosting so to cancel mine I contacted customer service and was told since I am days out of refund policy there is nothing anyone can do I am willing to pay for days or some type of cancellation fee, but to make me pay for years of something I will not be using What kind of customer service is that? I can tell you even if I did need hosting in the future I will go with someone else and will advise people that I know not to use them

I have a hosting plan with GoDaddy which services websites and email addressesI just got their hosting in April of and in less than a year I had service interruptions that caused my email to be down for a total of daysThere were total occurrences that it was down and each one took 8-days to fixGD never kept in touch with meI was forced to call and chat with them every day wasting countless hours bugging them to try and get it fixedNo one ever took my problems seriously or even attempted to get them fixedMy wife and I both operate businesses through our email that GD hosts, being down for days costs us thousands in lost revenueThe worst part is the days of email was completely lostClients never received a "bounce" email, we just never got itGD did not uphold their end of the deal promising 99% up timeWe received roughly 80% up time and that is completely unacceptable in our digital world

service paiddue to errors, the transfer did not completeThe services of a different internet domain registrar were used to transfer the domain name
They do not have a chat or customer service emailtheir phone support is ridiculous due to amount of time in the phone and the fact no record of the interaction can be legally saved by the customer

In short, I believe GoDaddy's marketing of their "Domain Buy Service" is intentionally deceptiveI am considering starting a business, and after looking for a domain name on GoDaddy, I was intrigued by their offer to reach out to a domain name owner and "facilitate" a saleAfter reviewing the FAQ's and product information thoroughly (which was NOT offered as part of the checkout process and required me to proactively search their site), the proposition seemed clear: Pay a GoDaddy Agent to ask a domain owner if they want to sell their domain within a range of pricesMy distinct impression was "a $option to purchase the domain I want seems worth it," so I proceeded with the transaction
Eventually, GoDaddy reached out to me and told me the owner would sell the domain for $I began considering whether I wanted to proceed with the purchase, but to my surprise, GoDaddy reached out to me and informed me that unless I paid $1,I would be in breach of contractNowhere in the

We are an Australian based charity We acquired an Australian domain name (.au) through Go Daddy in We were originally billed and paid Australian Dollars Two years later (March 2016) we were invited to renew the Australian domain names for "$59.96"
We telephoned the Sydney telephone number shown on the e-mail invitation (02-9355-7491) and authorised the payment of $from our credit card However, unbeknown to us, and without our knowledge or authority, Go Daddy had changed the billing currency from A$ to US$, and then debited US$to our credit card (equivalent to A$83.30)
Had we known that Go Daddy had changed the billing currency from A$(AUD) to US$ (USD) or that Go Daddy would have billed us in US$, we would not have dealt with Go Daddy and would have removed the domain name to an honest organisation
We contacted Go Daddy twice on April 04, and again on April 05, We were given a royal run-around, but they did say that the problem happens

Godaddy offers an email marketing pro program They are misleading and falsly advertising the services
They say 5,subscriber limit, but are falsly representing this number The reality is they only allow 5,"Unique" subcribers per month This is not stated anywhere and is misleading
I currently have 5,in my list but they wont let me send because they say I went over my "Unique" subscribers Once again, falsly represented and not stated anywhere on godaddy.com

Godaddy made and unauthorized chargeI do not have ANY active accounts with this company I have NOT had ANY business dealings with this company for several years
They have made an unauthorized and fraudulent charge

On March 6, we purchased the Domain Name Discount Club through GoDaddy In the shopping cart was the cost for item, which included other items listed as FREE We had a coupon code for 35% OFF When we added the coupon into the cart the balance due was not reflecting the proper total As it turned out, when you add a coupon the items listed for FREE are then back-end added into the total and the coupon taken off the entire amount, even those items were listed as FREE They will show $on the receipt but do the math In addition, those items are not products that we have ever used, nor did we want them but we did not have an option to remove them as they were part of the "package" and were "FREE" When we spoke with customer service at GoDaddy about this we were told that even though the items were listed as FREE, if you use a coupon then they are added into the total and then the percent off is taken off the whole package price And there was no disclaimer anywhere that

I signed up for a domain auction membershipI had a problem with listing my domains on the website due to their website error, so I just changed my mind and decided to cancel the serviceIt is literally 5-mins after signing up for the membershipI contacted customer service, and they wouldn't refund the $

I callled and requested to have my website san-diegcarpet-cleaning.com security removed and go daddy mistake and delete my entire webiste off the internet

For months now, my colleagues, Broker and clients have been calling me to inform me that their emails to me are bouncing backThis company Supervisor informed me that someone would contact me in hours, then hung upNo call from anyone at GoDaddyOnly an email to say that they cannot help meRidiculousNow, I am on the line with an employee and they are telling me that my only resolution is to tell the people who call me and inform me that their email is bouncing back to stop what they are doing and go online and complete this form so that they will again be able to email meSo, I have customers, clients, my Boss, colleagues and area professionals who are all supposed to take the time to complete this form just so that they can email meHow absurd is thatI am going to ask a potential client - you have to complete a form before you can email me!!!!! STUPID!!!!!!!!! They are in breach of contract right now for not providing me with an email service that is interruption free

I have been a customer since the late 80sYou are not training your customer service people correctlyYour supervisor was even worseI have lost time, money, and peace of mind due to technical glitches that are a part of your business
MX records working on other email forwards that I got from you as a result of purchasingYou did not fulfill your responsibility

I got my domain transferred to a wrong personAnd while transferring I was told in an e-mail by GoDaddy that "If for any reason this information is incorrect or you feel this change of registrant request was made in error, please contact us within days at [email protected]." You can see this here: ***
I upon noticing the error in transferring, instantly contacted them on the said email address to stop itYou can see my email here: ***But they returned to me with a TOTALLY unexpected and opposite response to what was stated in their emailYou can read their email below:

Hello ***,
We understand that you moved a domain to another account in errorUnfortunately, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) won’t allow registrars to get involved in domain agreementsWe know this may be frustrating, but at this point, our investigation is closed
