Taylor Replacement Window Reviews (2710)

Late February of 2017, I received a renewal fee for NUMEROUS domains to renew for a full year term through GoDaddy hosting serviceThe charge was over $ [redacted] and didn’t even include the pricey re-seller program that would also be up for renewal in the following year I asked the Rep I spoke with at the time to CANCEL EVERYTHINGThey tried talking me into keeping the re-seller program which I quickly proved to them was of no value based on the sales processed and that I had already shut down the website it was attached to and had done nothing with it since that time They finally agreed and I was told at that time that I would be refunded the entire amount of $ [redacted] and that everything had been cancelled Fast forward to months later, (aka now) and I receive in the mail a mastercard statement today that displays another charge of a whopping $ [redacted] processed July 30th for an additional years of Re-Seller programA product that had already been cancelled and refunded in t

I have problems again with my domain names hosted at goDaddyEvery to months they literally [redacted] UP something without telling youThey have ZERO CUSTOMER OBSESSIONThe domains [redacted] shows a white page and if you allow popups they display the goDaddy upsale pageI also have several redirects [redacted] ,, [redacted] ,, [redacted] and they stopped workingI have been on the call with a woman for minutes and she was telling me the most itic things like clear the browser cache when I told her I was using several browsers and several subdomains and none were workingSHE WAS LAZY TRYING TO BLOW ME OFF INSTEAD OF FINDING THE ROOT CAUSEI had to call back, second time I called back was 940pm MST , and right now I i am talking with a guy who claims his name is Coulton and that he cannot give me his employee id or any other identificationFor minutes I kept asking him probably times, to talk to a supervisor, and

In September, I signed up with GoDaddy for a package of domain services on behalf of La Petite Maison, Incof which I was an executive On March 8, I wrote GoDaddy at its corporate address stating that La Petite Maison, Inchad discontinued operations and requesting that the domain name be cancelled as well as the termination of all related services On August 12, they billed me for $on my American Express card for services related to La Petite Maison, Incand when I disputed the transaction they provided Amex with an "automatic renewal invoice." Now they've charged my Amex card on 9/12/for an additional $ They ended email services for this account months ago, presumably resulting from my 3/8/notification that the company had discontinued operations They have no right to exercise an automatic renewal clause when they were clearly notified that the subject company for which the domain was created, and for which all related services were c

Please investigate Go Daddy The company is offering free Mini Storage and Calendar to its customers and then it automatically charges for it again the next year -- it provides no notice of the product or the yearly cost at the time you order (if you order another product over the phone) and then it provides no notice of renewal the following year and the company does not send any billing statement (as it does with other products I was charged $ The customer service representative I spoke with told me it is "a product that I do not need" The company also give you the impression that it is vigilantly notifying you about every product renewal or expiration (reassuring consumers about their account status), only to omit to notify us on certain products that we will not detect because we have never ordered them the first place -- all so that you get charged unknowingly It is extremely dishonestIt's fraudulent Go Daddy has annual Revenue of over $1Billion and states

Go daddy repon July sold me NEW web service for a year and with this change in my service they would switch me over as part of the dealweeks later I called to find out why it was not done, rep told me I have to do it What!!! I have no idea how to do your jobI assumed if I did not use it I would get a refund, a refund for something I NEVER GOT TO USE! All this time I have been charged a month for the same serviceI just noticed on my account that I never received a refundwhen I called today to find out why I was told well too bad the service was in place for youso no refund or creditThey did not earn the

I recently discovered that Go Daddy deleted my website without my knowledge or approvalI was ready to post an important article on the election and noticed my website was goneI called GoDaddy and they said they sent me a noticeI get hundreds of emails and didn't see itAlso, when a domain name is about to expire, Daddy always calls me on the phone to let me know in time to renewThey only sent one email about the renewal and it did not even have the name of my website, [redacted] in itOther renewal notices of domain names have the namesDeleting an entire website I have had for many years is far more seriousThey should have made sure I approved before deleting itThey said it was not retrievableThey should have called me or sent more than one email, and put clear information in the subject line so I would know what it was about I have chronic fatigue and some neurological impairment form toxic mold exposure, and no income now - so it is stressful for

Here is a copy of the email I sent to the godaddy.com headquarters an email address I was given by their customer service representative to resolve my complaint Good Afternoon, My name is [redacted] and last week I spoke with your three of your customer service agents about a problem I am having with your company In I opened two separate accounts for different business ideas I had which I didn't end up usingIn when I saw the charge on one of my credit cards I called customer service and cancelled the account, during that conversation I told the customer service agent that I opened another account and I would like to cancel that one as wellHe searched both of my cards and I gave him all the information neededHe said that I did not have another accountAt that point I thought I might have been wrong and maybe I didn't open the second account Fast forward to when I realized this month that my debit card had indeed been charged for that accountI immedia

Godaddy sent me an email for 25% off my next purchase and then refused to honor itMy purchase was made and I then contacted them to have the coupon applied...they stated that it could only be applied to MY NEXT PURCHASE after that one I had just made just minutes before Furthermore, agent Josh M [redacted] claimed that the code could only be used on NEW PRODUCTS and not renewals (i was renewing several domain names)Nowhere in the email I received did it state this...agent Josh M [redacted] began to speak with an unwelcome tone and then his ostensible superior, CHRIS, made the situation worseThe irony is that GoDaddy prides itself on great customer service - that was NONEXISTENT in my interaction with them At the end of the day, I wanted them to honor a COUPON CODE that THEY SENT ME for 25% off (and it was for a $order)...but they appear to be such a collectively GREEDY BUNCH that they held firm to the claim that it could only work on my NEXT ORDER

In November 2016, I entered into a 3-year hosting agreement with GoDaddy At the time, I was told that GoDaddy could host my website and mobile site with absolutely no changes in functionality at a price that was significantly lower than the company that I was using at the time I paid GoDaddy upfront for the years of hosting and for a 5-year site backup and restore plan It took GoDaddy over a month to transfer my files and activate my sites As of 12/21, my site was still not activeShortly after the file transfer was complete, on 12/24,I became aware that my mobile website did not functionOn 12/my site was completely downOnce my site was up, I noticed that the contact me page and home search tools were not functioningI contacted GoDaddy and was told that, for an additional fee, tech support could fix the problemsI contacted tech support but they were unable to fix anything Since tech support could not fix the problems and my website and mobile site were not func

I've been a customer for years and have paid to use the email and web hosting services I recently found that 30% of all of my emails were not being received or sent out I spoke with customer service on numerous occasions as well as other users experiencing the issue on the community forum and offline Customer support said that the emails were being held on their service and there is no explanation as to why they weren't being sent out Godaddy didn't report that these emails were being held and their service noted that they had been sent Other users have experienced the same exact issue and their response was to pay more to upgrade to the Office product They mentioned that their business class email is not reliable and should not be used for everyday email I think it's unethical for a company to withhold emails without notifying the customer Telling the customer that these emails were sent out when they actually weren't is unacceptable and advertising Godaddy advertises the reliability of their email service and charges customer for these services This company is charging customers money for services that don't work

Dishonest ordering process; Connected with Christy - the meanest horrible, Rude, Unsympathetic Customer Service Manager! I ordered domain registrations from GoDaddy on Christmas, 12/25/ They had a problem with their shopping cart which did not give me the breakdownWhen I went to payment, I was shocked to find out that there were only domains and one of them was ordered for two yearsGoDaddy tricks you by defaulting to a two year subscription while advertising for one year subscriptionsWhen I called customer support and they couldn't help me and I requested a supervisorChristy, the supervisor, was the most discourteous, unsympathetic, rude bordering on intentionally mean, was rigid regarding her position, would not give me any contact name or email address to her boss, the company Vice President of Customer Support, or the CEO After spending an hour with her, I accomplished nothing which resulted in ruining my Christmas, feeling defrauded by a company I have done business with for over ten years!

I have been a GoDaddy customer for a few months now during that time my site has often gone offline a couple times per day but more importantly it loads very slow My website is [redacted] and when I call in the customer service reps say everything looks fine but the thing is I wait on hold often ten minutes and so the site is backup by the time I reach someoneToday one rep said they cannot troubleshoot something if the issue is not currently happening I work in IT and have worked in the hosting industry so I know this is patently the truth is they can look at server logs to diagnose why my site is going offlineSites do not just go offline without their being a cause and server logs would let them diagnose Anyways I did not have these issues with my site when hosted with a competitor and feel like I am not getting the service I paid for when my site slows down or is unreachable a few times per day on most daysThis impacts my business and makes

Hi, I purchased months worth of a firewall service that will not work with my websites due to the way I have the sites builtI understand that this service will work for some people but it will not work for our website users due to us having password protected pages on the firewallI have a half a dozen support tickets acknowledging this I am not asking for a refund for time I have used the product, only a refund for the future payments for months worth of a service I cannot useI was told no refund would be givenI have been a customer for nearly years with GoDaddy and have dozens of products with them, so this is very surprising to meThe payment for this service was $for months and I have used less than months, so I would like a refund for of the remaining months (details on next page)

$249.99/yr On sale - Save 16% $299.99/yr when you renew This is what written on Go daddy's ads ( https://ph.godaddy.com/web-security/website-security ) I when ahead and communicate with there chat support team and asked about the issue I had on our website and was suggested that the "express" was the ideal serviceNow I went ahead and asked about more of the details but the customer support where not able to give me concrete answers and also giving sarcastic comments to meI'll attached the transcriptI asked him why im being forced to get years for a lower price when they say it should be for yearly I was mentioning that the ads is misleading that even if its says "as low as" I cannot find even on the fine print that it says for yearsthen the question went on and I was stating to the customer service that if I can get the price for what it says and then he said that [redacted] cannot because it was the promothen he follow up with some sarcastic comments which I do

The GoDaddy website appears to be practicing Bait and Switch Their homepage list new domains costing $but there is no way to get this price For example at the top of their home page you can type in a domain name and search On the next page, if the .com domain is available, it says you can purchase it for $[redacted] for the first year If you scroll down the page the asterisk says "Plus $ICANN fee" and nothing else But when you actually try to check out you cannot get that price, the lowest price is $ To get the $price you must sign up for multiple years and then the FIRST year is $ This is not mentioned in the asterisk or special notes In fact here is the current text in the asterisk as of 10/28/1pm EST: " [redacted] Plus ICANN fee of $per domain per year for certain TLDs Sale/introductory pricing valid for the initial purchase term onlyProduct renewal pricing subject to change Products will automatically renew until cancelledYou may turn off

I wonder how they get an A+ rating with positive reviews and negative Find another hosting company They automatically renew for 2-years without notice or a refund (partial or full) Customer Service is essentially too bad for you Not submitting a complaint since I'm sure they've covered themselves with the small print

Domain and hosting required a renewal on 3/18/I was aware that the credit card that I had on file expired years ago, so I made full payment for renewal with another credit card on 3/19/I later received a bill in May from the company of the expired credit card, [redacted] Card, for charges from GodaddyI contacted GoDaddy and explained that I had already made payment to renew my domain/hosting and that I also received a charge from my expired credit cardGodaddy said that they were aware that the card was expired and told me that I could not get refunded because of a day refund policyI explained that I was not aware that I had been charged until I received the bill from [redacted] CardThe representative that I spoke to said that although it was the fault of Godaddy for charging the expired card, I could not get a refundI disputed the charge with [redacted] Card on May 6, and they revoked the chargeOn May 20, 2016, I noticed that my website was downWhen I contact

RE: Godaddy NHayden Rd Ste Scottsdale, AZ 85260- I have had Godaddy for my email address and server for over a decade I was originally on an unlimited email plan, which included many other amenities with a Costco package Little by little they amenities went away I was then told I could no longer keep my professional website Also, once I changed my website, nothing would be saved I changed my site, only to be told later that was for sales purposes and I did not have to do that This happened twice Then I was also informed that I no longer had a package with unlimited emails since “I” changed my website, I was no longer grandfathered in and I had to pay extra for MB of storage During the decade where I used my Godaddy email address for absolutely everything, including legal, and personal as well as business, I re-created my website again and purchased additional storage making it 2000MB Within approximately one month of the upgrade to

I canceled my service with GoDaddy in July and on August GoDaddy tried to bill my credit cardFortunately, that credit had already been canceled What I will to alert the Revdex.com is that there have been numerous complaints against GoDaddy for its habit of attempting to charge the credit cards of consumers AFTER they have canceled their service When I called GoDaddy to complain, they informed me that they tried to charge my credit card because "I must have not canceled my account correctly." What is there about "CANCEL MY ACCOUNT" is so unclear ?

I have been a Godaddy customer for at least years and have had problems with their billing practices before, but have always been able to resolve themThis time is different On the above date, Godaddy charged the above amount without my authorizationI have another package that I pay for each AugustI paid for the other package on August 6, and August 8, They stated the $was on automatic renewal, which it wasn'tI cancelled the $package when I switched to the deluxe packageIn any event, I never authorize automatic paymentsThis isn't the first time this "automatic renewal" problem has happened I requested that they return my $95.88, but they refused stating that they have a day return policyIt doesn't apply since I didn't order the service Lastly, I asked them to remove my credit card information be removed from their databaseThey refused
