Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: not only was the piece of equipment not sent to me but they returned my money without asking me or reordering the item that's in stock. The only thing that will make it right is to send me the item next day air at no cost I am willing to pay for the item of course just ship it at no cost this seems fair to me. I ordered this item feb 3 and still had no response as of feb 24. This practice is unexceptable business practice. I believe they returned my money to get rid of me. They didn't even bother to try and make it right I know the item is in stock I want to know why they didn't try to fix it. This item is for my grandson it's very important to us. Regards, [redacted]
