We are expecting the digital camo tee lg scarlet any day now but do not have any expected dates for the remaining items. Most banks will allow the funds back to the account but the processing time or procedures may be different. We apologize we are unable to refund the payment in a different manner. I am rejecting this response because:I was told last week by the company through this "Revdex.com" forum that my refund was issued 3/This statement is in your records (Revdex.com) and mineI still have not received a refund as of todayFurthermore, I made dozens of attempts through the company's website to contact themThey repeatedly sent a "form" response with a complaint ticket reference number but NEVER addressed my questions or inquiry directlyThey have chosen however to respond to this forum to address my complaintHad they decided to communicate with me directly we could have avoided all of thisThey could have responded to my emails just as easily as they have to the Revdex.comAll of the BS about the new computer system and phone problems was a total scamEven after I initiated this process, the company has still chosen to not contact me and deal directly withThey only choose to respond through this forumThat is very, very, unethicalHow do you operate a business without answering any phone calls or responding to customer issues? I do not know how to resolve this and get my refundI would like to have the individual from the company who stated that my refund was made on 3/reprimanded because clearly this was a liePlease advise on how to proceed.

I am rejecting this response because: I received the pants that were shipped but we're completely the wrong color the pants received were black with blue stripes the pants that were ordered were black with red stripes I find this to be unacceptable as your return policy is that I come out of pocket to pay for return shipping and I am not will to do that I am requesting a FULL refund of all charges and fees and a shipping label mailed to me to return the items
