I am rejecting this response because: should at least be compensated for the delay in shipping.  12 days to wait for items is ridiculous.  The bat was a guaranteed 2 day air shipment and it was received 12 days later with the rest of the order.  If you had a change in processing protocol, then there should have been a disclaimer when order was placed.  His friend ordered just the bat and received it in 2 days just as promised but because my son ordered other items, he gets penalized?!  Your customer service is the worst I have EVER dealt with.  What company doesn't answer their phone?!  Website doesn't work, can't check on an order.  Can't cancel the order because Team Express DOESN'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE!  At the very least, monetary compensation should be made and not in Team Express credit as we will NEVER order from this company again!

I am rejecting this response because the item that they are proposing to send in replacement of the item ordered is the wrong color for my son's team.  The color of the bag was chosen to match his team color.  I already ordered a replacement bag from another retailer with expedited shipping to arrive by Christmas.  It cost me an additional $25 to get this item from another retailer for Christmas because this company did not inform me that the item I ordered on 12/1 was unavailable.I would like to be compensated the $25 in expedited shipping I incurred in order to receive this item by Christmas.
