[redacted] P.S. I canceled the order only because Team Express canceled my glove order and informed me of this via phone. I feel they did this because I filed a Revdex.com complaint. They gave me the option of picking another glove but not my original glove any more. I feel they forced me to cancel the order since I filed the complaint. That same day I went on a competitive website, Baseball Savings, and ordered the exact same glove that Baseball Express said was no longer available from Rawlings. The glove was delivered to me in 4 days. Needless to say, I will be using their competitor from here on out.

I am rejecting this response because:  This is not only inconsiderate of a company, but the most unprofessional response from any individual.  This company kept indicating that they had system problems and took no further responsibility of not resolving this issue.  To issue only an apology is not enough and not acceptable.  The expenses I incurred were real and are what I am looking for to close this matter.  This matter will never be closed with just an apology.  I am looking for them to send me a check for no less than $40 to fix and close this matter, once and for all.

Thank you for your help in this matter.  Without your initiation, I was getting absolutely no response from this company.  I will never order from them again if this is how they do business.  Their responses sound sincere, but their actions did not show honesty whatsoever.  They advertise items at reduced prices, but then they do not send out those items as advertised.  This company baits people with these offers and then does not send out those advertised values.
