Silver Bullet 50 ft. Pocket hose
I purchased a 50 ft. expanding Pocket hose from a major retailer, hooked it up to my water faucet, turned it on and its expansion was NIL! Years ago I bought a 75 ft. Pocket hose and it expands perfectly from the same faucet. In contacting Telebrands Customer Care (which was an absolute waste of my time), I was told to take it back to the retailer from which I bought it and they could tell me why it wasn't working. This was according to the Customer Care manual! However, I had already taken the first one back and the retailer just says go get a replacement. Surely there is someone in Telebrands Corp. that might have an idea.

I am rejecting this response because: The offer on television makes no mention of the $price for the Mighty BlasterThe tv ad makes you think it is part of the deal which is $for the hose plus shipping and handling and "you will also get the Mighty Blaster." Nothing is said about an extra cost on tvWhen you call in they don't even mention the Mighty Blaster or at least to me they did notOnce you then go online they tell you it is $for the hose, plus shipping and handling and for another $you get the Mighty BlasterThey know they are being deceitful and the tv ad is different than the online adIf they said on tv the Mighty Blaster is offered for an additional $I would have nothing to complain aboutThey did not mention the extra costIt should not take complaints like this to be honest
