I am rejecting this response because: they are dishonest, they lied in their response, they said they tried to deliver the product 2 times when I know that they are lying, it took me 11 months to finally get what I ordered. I will NEVER buy from this company ever again and I have convinced all my friends and family not to buy from them as well. their customer service is horrible. every time I called them, they out right called me a liar saying I have received my product when I had not. they said it was shipped directly to my house when I know that was not possible as I never gave my house address, it was a po box.

We have exhausted our supply on the Organic Cookware.   Please note the warranty clearly states. “…we may offer a repair, refund the purchase price minus loss of value to the product from the consumer’s use, or suggest to the consumer a repair facility independent from the merchant”.
