I am rejecting this response because:Sorry for the late response to the compliant  but was not received.  I received a message that the compliant was closed with no further action because I did not respond, but as I said I did not receive the response from Atomic Beam. [redacted] of your location resent it to me today. I disagree with their comment that they take complaints seriously they did not treat me fairly or with respect.  They lied each time I called stating the product was to be shipped. They charged my card without having product and only after my compliant to their customer service refunded me my monies.  The second item they just keep saying wait for 6 weeks and it will be shipped. The ad was still on air even after I was told no product was available.  It appears to me that they took orders and them they purchase the items for resale. They did not handle me, my order or my compliant in a serious manner.  I would like a better resolution to the compliant one that is fair to me.  The ads are on the air again and I guess the result will be the same.  It seems that it is business as usual and let the consumer beware

I purchased a Pocket Hose Top Brass II, 75', 3/4" water hose. I loved the concept of this hose, but the problem is that the "hose part" has leaks? The material it's made of states " It Won't Tear or Burst". It does not live up to this statement! It does seem to "tear" in small places and starts leaking. I was hoping the company would have meant what they said about the material. I think they need to go back to the drawing board on this product. I purchased from a Retail Outlet. I went to Telebrands.com and left a message with Customer Service. Who knows if they will contact me. I would like a replacement, just maybe I had a defective hose. I will give them the benefit of the doubt. If they don't contact me back, I will know for sure never to try their products at face value of their description.

Review: I no longer have phone service and I have no idea why. There is no way to talk to anyone on the phone so I have been corresponding with them for over 2 months through chat support. I tried to renew my service 2 months and I was told that I couldn't because my account was under review, however no one could tell me why my account is being reviewed. I have been exchanging chats with them every week for the past 2 months and I get the same thing, "Your account is under review and that's all I can tell you". Meanwhile my business cards and all of my advertisement have been sent out with the phone number I bought from Magicjack ([redacted]. For the past 2 months I have been unable to receive calls or make calls because my account is under review and I don't know why and no one can tell me why.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to activate my service so that I can use my phone again. I have lost a lot of business because I can't be contacted by potential clients. I ask that they conclude my review and allow me to purchase my 5 year service plan. If they don't want me to continue using their services, refund me the $49.95 I paid to purchase the device, it's no good to me if I can't use it.

Review: I purchased a star shower led light unit for my home for the Christmas Holidays. The unit lasted 6 days and then broke. When I called (after a 45 minute wait on hold) for a refund, I was denied since I made the purchase in September and it was not within the 60 day return period. Since I planned on using this light for decorating purposes at Christmas time, I would never know that I was only going to get 6 days use out of it back in September.Desired Settlement: I want my credit card refunded the amount of the Stat Shower along with shipping and handling of $49.98

Review: Ordered product. Called back within a 6-hr. or less time frame. Was told it that since it was a Friday it would be at least Monday or Tuesday before it would even show up in the computer. However, was given a cancellation number & assured that once it showed up in computer would be flagged & cancelled. Received e-mail of pending shipment 6 days later. I called them to give them cancellation info. & told it had shipped & I only needed to refuse delivery of package.

I called [redacted] & went thru steps to refuse delivery. Was given another ID cancellation # & assured it would be returned to shipper. Approx. 4 days later, recieved a "prepare for your delivery" e-mail from [redacted]. I called yet again, & was told it was being re-processed with the same ID # & there would be no issue.

This morning (12/24) there was the package on the porch. Called [redacted] & they said "sorry, it slipped by us, there is a note for you to call the shipper to get a Call Tag".

Called shipper & was told, "sorry, we do not issue call tags. You can send it back for refund w/ no return of your shipping charges - even though it was never supposed to have been shipped in the first place."

It's a vicious circle.Desired Settlement: Refund for product that was shipped back as well as refund for having to ship back an item that never should have been shipped to begin with. Return shipping was thru [redacted] in the amount of $33.76. There were 2 boxes.

Review: today, October 13,2013, I was online and purchased two olde Brooklyn lantern at the price of $12.99 + $6.99, when I got to the page statingamount of total bill, my credit card was charged $92.91. I immediatelycalled there customer service number and told them to cancel the orderthey told me to call back tomorrow 10/14/2013. I then checked my bankaccount and I had already been charged the $ 92.91 to be deducted from mychecking account. I sent a e mail to my bank regarding this issue to stop payment an I also called customer service of my bank. they are not surethis if it can be stopped. Review: The product I ordered came about a month late. When I called customer service was not helpful and I was forced to place another order without any compensation. When the products showed up, I had the yard tilled, installed sprinklers and planted seeds according to the instructions. I watered daily and the seeds were defective. I called a few months later and customer service which is in India offered me 10 dollars however I had spent $107.00, including my daily effort to water the grass by sprinkler and by hand to insure full coverage. The grass seeds are defective. My receipt says "YOUR SATISFACTION IS 100% GUARANTEED" There is no mention of a time limit on my receipt for a refund. I want my money back.

Review: I ordered the mighty blaster on 4/2/15 after seeing the commercial on tv. Unfortunately, once received it was just a regular waterhose and did not have the power of a fireman's hose as described in the ad. On 4/12-15 I called to return the product because that's not what was promised. I told them the item was not what it claimed to be and I wanted my money back. The customer service rep tried to discount it for $10. I said it doesn't work I want a refund. The ad says money back guarantee. They would not send a return slip and told me I had to get the package insured and have a tracking number in order to return it. I figured this was their was of trying to discourage the return. It cost me $21.55 to return an item that cost me total $43.84 with free shipping. I sent them an email on 4/20/15 in reference to this and still haven't received a response. When they sent my refund it was only for $35.85 which is $7.99 short of what was paid. This place is a scam and I believe they owe me $29.54. Please let me know if there is anything I can do.

Review: I ordered 2 sets of copper hands on June 15 2014. Now almost 11 weeks later they still have not been delivered. I have called many times and all I can get from the foreign speaking customer service person (hard to understand) is that the order is being processed and will be delivered. I am given dates that come and go, yet no goods are shipped. I was told no money would be charged to my credit card until the goods were shipped, yet about 3 weeks ago the balance was changed to $0.0 and the online order information showed that the balance had been paid.Desired Settlement: I ordered the copper hands for my wife. She has pain in her hands and we thought this might help. She works outside in the garden and yard and needed them 10 weeks ago. We still want them delivered as promised.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! The bucket is fine but the mop is cheaply made and with only a few months of using it the handle broke. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

I even wrote to their customer service dept to express my disappointment and have gotten NO RESPONSE! I wish I would have check the Revdex.com before ordering the mop!

Review: My wife bought a Star Shower Laser Light display sold by Telebrands. The customer is advised to aim the laser display directly at their house (10-20 yards away). However, the laser light display can not have any laser lights aimed into the sky within 10 nautical miles of an airport. There have already been several incidents of airline pilots being hit by the laser lights. If these lights are potentially dangerous to airline pilots at great distances, how can they be safe for consumers with the laser lights aimed directly at the house? Following the company's instructions of aiming the laser lights at our house, I found we could not leave our house without getting hit in the eye by one or more laser lights. In addition, we live within one mile of a landing strip for small planes located in a residential area. A laser light in a pilots eye is just as dangerous for a small plane as for a large plane. I removed the laser light display because I think the product is unsafe, both for my family and for pilots utilizing the nearby airstrip.

I contacted Telebrands because they sell these lights with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. They responded telling me the product is safe but did not answer my questions. I told them I would like to return the laser light display for a refund because I was not satisfied with the safety issues of the product. They supposedly have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I never heard from the company again. They ignore my emails.

I write to the Revdex.com in hopes of getting the company to live up to their 100% satisfaction guarantee.

The item was purchased locally in Anchorage. I did not try to return it to the store where it was purchased because the issue of safety and the 100% satisfaction guarantee is a company guarantee. I thought Telebrands, the company, not the retail seller, should be the party to deal with this issue.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is the same as my desired resolution. I would like to return the product to the company for a full refund under the company 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Review: We ordered a 12 inch pan with cover through (ORGREENIC) order number [redacted] on 1/16/14. First I received Two 12 inch pans. I called customer service which was located in India. I got no satisfaction. I then located Telebrands in NJ. I spoke to [redacted] and was told they would ship one from NJ. the next day. It never arrived the next day. It took a week to get here.Next I get another box with another 12 inch pan. I called back and got [redacted] the Customer Satisfaction Supervisor. She said to keep the pans and the cover will be coming. The cover came and it was a 10 inch one. By that time 1/31/14 I got pretty upset with the whole situation and told them if they could not fix it I would go the Revdex.com. I am rejecting this response because: This company continues to lie and seemingly get's away with it. In their response to Revdex.com of New Jersey, they state that my order was shipped on 12/3/15 which is not true. According to my tracking update from FED EX dated for 12/7/15, it states that a ticket was created with a anticipated shipping date of 12/7/15. A ticket created does not mean that a package has been shipped. Today is 12/9/15 and there is still no shipping information available. I still want the product, just hate the dishonesty. What am I to believe now?
