Review: I purchased a pocket hose, used it for about 6 weeks and it ripped at the seams. I purchased a second one thinking that maybe I had done something wrong, and the second one exploded and ripped to shreds in 3 weeks. When I tried contacting the company I got someone in Southwest Asia. When I asked to speak to someone in the United States I was told that they were customer service and there was no number for the U.S. I paid 19.95 a piece for two hoses that tore up in little or no time, and I can't get anyone to talk to me, or anyone that I don't have to ask 15 thousand times what are they saying because their English is not good. I am so angry right now. I don't have a receipt for the hoses because you never expect to have to have one for hoses that are advertised as exceptional, and the hoses themselves, the pieces, are probably in the city dump by now.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money refunded for both hoses or have the hoses replaced. I should have read all of the complaints about the hoses before I ever purchased them

Review: I ordered a set of a product called grab bags.She liked them so I ordered a set for myself.Upon checking my bank account I noticed they charged me for my set and then another charge for 3 sets I never ordered.I called the company and they said the order was already shipped even though they told me 3 to 4 week to get them.They told me it would take 25 off my order to keep them but I explained I needed my money and not affored to buy 4 sets and the bills I just sent out would be bouncing and I had to have my money returned to me.They reacted as if they could do nothing for me at this time even though I reminded them I never ordered the 3 sets they were charging me for.I fully believe that companies do this to people hoping they are lax in checking their accounts to realize they were charged for things they never ordered.Believe me I know people that dont closely watch there accounts like they should and obviously companies know this too.Desired Settlement: If I have bounced checks because they took money from my account that was not authorized I want them to pay for them.And I want my money immediately. Review: I made my order online on November 8, 2015 at 6:45pm at getstarshower.com. My order number is [redacted]. I have pursued contact by phone on December 2, 2015, December 3, 2015 and by email. When I called customer service at ###-###-#### the robotic message told me they were busy and to try tracking my order through the website called getorderstatus.com. I made four attempts using their automated methods. I received no response. This company has my credit/debit card information and I have not received the product I ordered over a month ago. Review: I ordered a spin mop from Hurricane Spin MOP from an ad on TV when I got the mop it was no where near what the mop on TV looked like I ordered this mop Feb 11 2014 it took a while to get it when I got it I called the company first about the delivery charge which didnt sound like what I heard on the ad .then I called to tell them this was not the mop on their ad I talked to a gentlemen and he said I must of gotten the wrong one and he would take care of it I even asked him what I should do with the other one I got he said oh keep it. I waited and did not get the new one ..So I called today and was told first they didnt have any of them out of stock then was told I did not order the deluxe one I told him there was no two mops shown only the one and that was the one I ordered which I guess was the deluxe one and he would not take the one I had because he said I had it to long .he said so sorry I cant do any thing for you....If I had a choice I would have gotten the one that I ordered but I didn't have to make a choice He also tried to tell me there was no record of my call .if there wasn't how did I get the gentlemen's name .On March 24 2014Desired Settlement: if unable to ship the right merchindise

Review: The seller advertise the spining mop on an informursial for $39.98 plus S&H . When you order one you get a second mop for free, just pay S&H of $12.99. I oreder one mop plus the free one. $39 .98 + $25.98 S&H =$65.96. When I got my mops we got 4 instead of 2. We liked the product so we kept all 4 mops. The company charged my credit card $193.92 The charge should have been $131.92 ($65.96X2=$131.96) They over charged me $61.00. When I called they offered me a $25.00 credit which I refused.Desired Settlement: I feel they should credit my credit card in the amount of $61.00. When they overcharge $61.00 and want to give me a credit of &25.00, I consider that an insult.

Review: Jan 3, 2014 I went online to consider ordering the dump cakes recipe book advertised on TV but decided not to. On Jan 13, 2014 I noticed a debit pending in my checking account for an order for the dump cakes book. I immediately called the number provided (###-###-####) and stated I never ordered the item and wanted the order canceled. I was assured that the order was canceled and I would see a refund within 24-48 hrs. I called back on Jan 16, 2014 when I received an email saying my order was in the process of shipping They informed me that the order was not canceled but it was in fact a request to cancel that could take 24 to 48 hrs to process. By that time the order was being prepared for shipment and it was too late to cancel. Delivery method was by way of FedEx (9[redacted]97[redacted]0) to the post office and USPS delivered to me (Smartpost). They told me I could refuse the item at the time of delivery.

The order was delivered on Jan 17, 2014 and the mailman didn't wait for me to refuse delivery so I returned it to the post office that same day. I again called Telebrands on Jan 24, 2014 to see if they had received it and when to expect my refund. They said they had not received the item and to check with my post office branch. I call the post office that day and they did not have the package and stated that they usually send them to FedEx the next day.

I have not seen a refund to my account as of today (Jan 31, 2014) and again called Telebrands. They stated they still have not received the product and will refund once they have. The associate told me to call back on Monday or Tuesday (Feb 3/4, 2014) if I do not see the refund in my account and I informed him I will continue to call every week until I receive it.Desired Settlement: I wish to get my refund asap. It has been 2 weeks since I refused delivery of the product and it was shipped from CA. How long does this take????

Review: I ordered from the automated customer service phone at night........2 mop heads were ordered in error. The mop head that comes with the mop and and 1 extra mop head was the order. Customer service instructed me to refuse package from usp, and I could reorder again. So much trouble trying to get money back, I did not order again. and stated money would be refunded to my debit card. This has been going on for approx a month and a half. Customer service will state money will be back in account 3-5 business days...money is not in acct......call back customer service will state 5-7 days money will be back in account.....money is not in account. This goes on and on and on with the run around each time. I hope the last information is true from corporate office. Review: Ordered item on 12/3/15, it was not indicated prior to submitting order when it will ship. After clicking submit, the email confirmation stated 4-6 weeks! Review: I started to order a Star Shower online from this website. After I entered my information, including credit card, a message popped up that the light would be delivered 2 to 3 weeks after Christmas and asked if I wanted to add $10 to expedite delivery. I never use my phone number online, but did on this purchase. Shortly after I made this order, my phone number was spoofed and am getting all kinds off random calls telling me that I called them when I haven't.

Review: I placed an order online on 12/5 for items over $100.00. Website stated it would reply within 24 hours. At the time of order, there was no notation on the site that the product may not ship by Christmas; now there is. And I did try to cancel by email and by phone and could not get a "live person" nor could I get a response until yesterday. I did get a tracking # yesterday, 12/15 and that is the first reply I received from them. As long as the product is on the way, that is fine, however, I think it's wrong that I am paying the expedited fee to ship within 3-4 days when that did not take place.At this point, I feel that some of the money should be reimbursed since the company did not hold up to their end of the transaction

Review: On January 31, 2015, an error with the company's website resulted in a duplicate order, thus charging my debit card twice. As soon as I realized the error (02/09/2015), I contacted customer service but was informed that I would have to wait for both (separate) packages to arrive and refuse the second one. I was told both of the items had already shipped so it was too late for a refund at that time. Upon checking the status of my order on the website, I saw that only one of the packages had shipped. I called customer service back immediately (still on 02/09/2015) but was told that the information on the site was incorrect and that both packages had indeed shipped. The representative again told me I'd have to wait until they both arrived and refuse the one I did not want. On February 14, 2015 I took the unwanted package to the post office in [redacted], [redacted] and sent it back to the company. The associate at the post office advised me to write "refused" on the package and give it to her to put with the outgoing mail for that day. I called customer service on 02/23/2015 and again on 03/04/2015 to check the status of my refund. Both times I was told there was no way for them to know whether my refused package had arrived at their warehouse and I would just have to continue to wait for the money to be returned to my account. I find it extremely hard to believe that in 16 mailing days they have not yet received my refused package. I've now spoken to 4 different customer service representatives, none of whom were helpful or, in my opinion, polite.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back for the item that I returned to them unopened as instructed. I also think it would be a good idea for the company to train their employees to better handle these types of situations rather than just repeating the same sentences I've heard from all four representatives. In fact, all four conversations sounded exactly the same as if they were simply reading a teleprompter.

Review: I need your help! On October 29, 2014, I ordered 1 Instabulb AC Adapter from Telebrands and they charged an Expedited Handling fee of $9.99. The AC Adapter cost is $9.99 plus shipping and handling of $4.99 equals $14.98. They have the total of $24.97. I did not want the extra fee. It was charged to my credit card but it has not shown on my credit card statement. It was suppose to arrive within 3-6 weeks. I have not received it.

When I went to remove the Expedited Handling charge, I was unable to get a hold of the company to have them remove the extra charge. As of now, they have not charged the credit card.

They have an "F" with the Revdex.com. I am unable to contact Telebrands.

I ordered grassology on their website but did not realize the first order went through as it did not bring me to the last tab which is order confirmation. So I tried two more times, thinking I did something wrong, or their was some issue with my credit card. The only indication that the order went through was on May 9th when I received a shipping notice email. Immediately the company was called to cancel any other order that may have gone through. They assured my husband they were only sending one order of seed. One came, then another arrived yesterday. I just called to return it and they said I would have to pay for shipping. I am very upset that I will be out money when we were told all orders but one were cancelled. I am not a dumb person and have ordered many things online and in all of my other experiences, I have always had to confirm the order, and I always received an order confirmation number immediately after ordering. I think it is a scam they are running to trick people into ordering by accident. They said they would take back the seed and refund my $ if I pay for shipping. They kept trying to get me to keep the seed- first offering $5 off and then $10 off.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund plus shipping.

I would like to let you know I am no longer requesting any from the company I filed a complaint against as I just mailed back the package today. I would still like to file a complaint about their poor service and misleading
