On about 4/2/I received an e-mail to renew my annual termite stations, which the service starts in 6/1/18, which I did pay on 4/19/for $with my credit card(When I made that payment I didn't get notified that this was a no refund policy within the year of service.)
A few days later I call to set up an appointment to have my stations inspected since I hadn't received a call to set up an appointmentI had to follow up several times to get my stations inspected, the reason that I had to follow up was that no one showed up to the first appointment and then the following appointment wasn't for the correct inspectorI finally received a notification through email that an inspector *** was coming out a day lateI was following his route and it stopped min away from my homeAt the end of the arrival window passes and I call *** to see if he is still on the wayI

I Have a such bad experience with Terminex the service is awfulThey did not stick with the schedule ( you can wait for them and they just not shown up), rude on the phone and they do make a charges from your bank account out of blue, for nothingThe charges from the bank does not match with the charges on Terminex website ( with your auto- payments) They make extra charges for some kind of service you have no cluefor I Called and complained so many times - the managers are so rude , do not want to listen I just going back and force between bank and Terminex It is a nightmare !!!!!

Is it true or is it not true that anyone who is a true fan of a very well known entertainer will take advantage of an empty seat at an arena at their concert? I was attending the last Prince concert at the Oakland Arena on March 4th It was so exciting I can almost swear this concert was suppose to be magical for meI was going to get the chance to be close to the most amazing artist of my time I call Prince, The Magic Man!

I had an appointment this past Thursday which was set up by them, they were supposed to come between 3pm and 5pm They NEVER SHOWED UP No phone call or anything I called to complain and find out why but had to leave a message No one has bothered to call me back I took off work to be there for the appointment
They are not reliable and their customer service is horrible

I have been waiting on pest control & termite service since April 15, COUNTLESS CALLS TO TERMINIX WITH NO RETURN CALLS
My original pest control was scheduled for Saturday, April 1, A few days before this date, I checked my email to see that the appointment had been changed I called to inquire and was told that the technician would be off that day I made another appointment with a live person for Saturday, April 15, between 12- This is where the trouble started I stayed home and waited for the technician and he never showed I called at approximately 2:087PM to inquire about the technician The representative, Elaine, from the Phoenix Call Center told me she would contact the technician and get an estimated arrival time I waited on hold and she came back to tell me that she could not get in touch with the tech Understandably so, because he may be servicing a house and cannot get to his phone Elaine said she left a message and she would call me back

In September Terminix was hired to rid unit of bedbugs The service man came once a week for octand nov In December there was no more nesting but "residue" was seen in areas The technician stated that unless I saw a few bugs or a cluster I should not be concerned "RESIDUE" turned into a hidden cluster by April When called to continue treatment the manager and the inspector Mr.Hill stated that my case was closed in December and now was too late to "continue"I would have to pay another $1,for a month treatment Also their mattress bag cover separated at the seam The inspector stated the cluster was near the seam not in the opening Now I do not know if my mattress is considered "covered & impervious to infestation" I cannot sleep comfortably at night and have a nervous condition that continues to fester since I have to sleep on this issu
