Door-to-door salesman came and we signed a trial month contract on 5/14/15.Terminix signed us up for a year and has been drawing from our bank acct

Let's begin: So according the the Terminix guys, which I wouldn't know if it was true or falseThey said we had bats in our homeOkay, we as home owners don't want bats in our house so I asked what do we need to do to get this fixedWell they informed us that we would need to have an exclusion? What is an exclusion: According to the paper work they gave us and exclusion consists of items on page listed in the contractWell their is so many different things in the contract that I did not see get doneBut I will tell you what they did do, which was something I could have done myself if I knew that's all they were going to do
First they went into the Attic, through our closet and put to mesh wire screens on each windowWhich did not cover the entire windowOnly part of the windowSecond, they used a plastic tube to put as a way for bats if we had some out of the house but they couldn't get back in the house? They sealed a couple cracks which was on the house that rodents could potential could get intoAlso used foam inside the house to cover up some pipe entrancesAnd they put a couple mesh wire screens on the outside of the house on the ventsTotal expenses you looking at about 30-dollars if that in material's that took only a hrs if that to do? So they are telling me they charge dollars in labor work to do something that is so simple a kid could do it in minutes or lessWhich I could do also in minutes or less My question is what did they do? The answer is nothing that was on the list of items that was on our contract on the list of items which they gave usNext...on top of all thisLet's talk about how they did things when they did work on our homeWhen they went into our closet they damaged our closet hang bar rack to hang up the clothes and didn't care to fix itAlso when they was in the garage the leaned the ladder up against the water heater which was very dangerous and could have caused our water heater to be damaged that they need to give us a new one now and also the guys assisted was leaning on our piplesVery unprofessional Very upsetThey did everything not even close to what we thought they was going to do or what we paid them to doThe only thing they did was damaged our houseSo this is the type of services we gotThat we feel we should have a full refund of our dollars, also a new water heater and also fix our closet

I am not even sure where to start with my complaint about Terminexthe experience overall was beyond awful and probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had It started on WedAugust when I called for service to my client's home I work as * real estate agent and they had * bee issue that I said I would take care for them after they moved in The initial conversation with Terminix was very easy and an easy scheduling process They told me they would be out to the home on Friday, Sept2nd to perform the requested service I gave them my clients phone number in case there were any changes so they could call them directly since they live there I also gave them my credit card info and told them to charge it to me and not to the homeowner The person on the phone said they understood and the conversation ended

Absolutely terrible experience with Terminix!!!! I cannot believe these people stay in businessI ordered a spraying for an ant infestation in my houseThey came out and did a good job, were professional and on timeThen the nightmare startedIt turns out they put me into a month contract without ever telling me this - I was under the impression that I was ordering a one time serviceWhen I called their number (call center in Tampa) I was advised that only the local office can fix this and that someone would call me back in to hoursWhen no one called back, I called again, and again no one called backI tried a third and final time and while three weeks have passed I have not gotten a call backThank goodness this was done on a credit card and my CC company is handling thisIn my opinion Terminix is a bunch of crooks who prey on people who have pests and sign them up for service without disclosing this informationThen they are unwilling to handle the cancellationI thought with a national brand like Terminix, I would be safe from this type of preying on customersUnbelievableDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

As a customer of Terminix, I usually pay annually just for preventive maintenance As spring is approaching, I'm finding red ants in my homeUpon calling to schedule an appointment, I became aware from the recording that I had an upcoming appointment that I knew nothing aboutI went to the mobil app as instructed in the recording, only to find that it is inoperable I called back and finally spoke to a representative after holding for minutes, and was assured that I did have an upcoming appointment in days, between 10am and 12pm At 11:on the day of that scheduled service, I again called to inquire about my appointment, and was told that although they could not reach the technician, he was probably running behind scheduleThe representative suggested I give him additional time to show up At 1:15pm (hour and minutes beyond my scheduled end time) I again called and found after holding minutes, that I no longer had a scheduled appointment! After much protest on my part, the representative called the branch but was unable to reach the technicianHe did speak to the Branch Manager, Paul K***, who apologized and said he also could not reach his technician, but asked if he could reschedule him for the following business day that he would guarantee my serviceReluctantly I agreed, only to find that the technician was a no show / no call on the rescheduled date! I placed a THIRD call to customer service and asked for a supervisor, but was informed that although there, they would not come to the phone, and just wanted the representative to reschedule me AGAIN! NO WAY! I've had it with the poor customer service and lack of responsivenessMy business obviously doesn't matter!

I used Jewelers' Choice for an appraisalThe owner was kind, didn't mind answering my questions, and I found the atmosphere was relaxingI'm pleased with the services I received, as well as the pricing

If I could leave zero stars I would the company is a joke and one big scamJad them come to do a bed bug inspection which was required by my wifes jobThere were iMy house for no lo ger then mins and said that I had bed bugs but would not provide proof of them I have had the same couch for years and have been sitting on it for years and never have had any bugs come out of itAll they wanted was my money which thet were trying to get a 1,dollars from me there techs are rude and would not provide me with any paperwork saying that I had bugsSo I had a different company come out to my house the next day and they could not find any bugs in my home at allAnd when the branch manager called me he was rude as wellThis company is a joke as long as I walk on this earth I will never say anything good about themThey just need to be shut down so they cant scam any one ever again
