I contacted Abercrombie via email on July 23rd with my order number, ***. A*** from Abercrombie responded but would not assist me as she was looking for a special case number and didn't know what the Revdex.com wasI asked her to check with whoever responds to Revdex.com casesFollowing that, I never received a responseI sent another follemail yesterday that did not receive a responseThis issue is taking up a lot of my time and going through the Revdex.com is a courtesy versus going through the legal system for the advertising issue that has been presented via emailI would like 100% of order number *** refunded for the lack of support from Abercrombie, the time spent on emailing back and forth with Abercrombie only to stop receiving responses, and Abercrombie's lack of timely action on this caseIt has been days since I responded to Abercrombie's response via emailing them, and I still was never refunded and am apparently being ignored by A*** (reference #***5)
