***, After reviewing your customer history, I believe the incident you are referring to, and the disputed charge filed against ***, are two different incidentsWe show that you had previously emailed us about three orders not being deliveredAbercrombie Order *** placed on 10/4/16,
you emailed in (incident #***) saying your package had not been delivered on 10/13/16. Your items were reshipped to you, and delivered, and we were not further notified that you did not receive the reship. This order totaled $Abercrombie Order *** placed on 10/5/16, you emailed in (incident ***) again saying the package was not delivered. Our representative told you that due to your prior history (order *** and order *** from 10/5/under ***’s name was also reshipped), we were unable to further assist you, and you were advised to contact your carrier. However, after calling in again, your order was reshipped for you. Order *** totaled $Abercrombie Order ***, placed with your husband’s information on 10/5/16, was emailed in about (incident ***) which was also reshipped for package not delivered, totaled $The total for these three Abercrombie orders is $445.74. We do not have record of a dispute being received for these three orders, nor do they total the $you have cited in this Revdex.com claimWe have a dispute filed through the bank for an order that had not been emailed in about, for not being received. On 9/21/16, *** order *** was placed using a VisaOn 9/30/16, this order was disputed for a total of $145.91. As stated in emails to both you and *** (incidents ***and ***) we are unable to accept future orders after receiving the dispute, as this is company policyThe order you disputed with your bank still stands, you have received the monetary compensation for your order from your bank, it has not been reversed. The disputed order was shipped to you in four different packages, three FedEx packages and one UPS package. These tracking numbers show they were delivered to your current address, as cited in incident ***. Because this order arrived in four separate packages on two different days, but the order was disputed for the total amount and not a partial amount, and we were not notified that you did not receive that package (again, for $not $483.36) but received a fraudulent dispute, we have to treat the dispute as suchTo reiterate, it is against our policy to fulfill orders after a dispute has been filedWe show that two orders have been placed since the filed dispute, *** and ***.
