Oklahoma. You indicated in your complaint that you dispute the debt balance owed to our Client and you wish forMSB to discontinue collection efforts on their behalf. Upon receipt of your complaint, our Client wascontacted and asked to provide verification of the balance sent to our office for collection. Our Clienthas responded with the attached screenshot from their system and the following statement:“Our records reflect the balance in the attached screenshot. I also show that a tax return for 2013was filed, signed and dated November 13, 2015 (late) by Ms. [redacted]. I would suggest that shecontact the Oklahoma Tax Commission at [redacted] and ask to speak to Individual Income TaxAssessments if she is disputing the balance. I see no indication that this balance is invalid.”MSB will no longer attempt to contact you regarding this matter. However, please be advised that thisaction does not resolve the balance owed to our Client.In your complaint you also claimed that you had previously contacted MSB and advised that you do notowe this balance. Our Client forwarded this account to our office on October 17, 2017. The agent with whom you spokeadvised you that the late fees were being removed from your account, leaving a balance of $0.00.Additionally, the MSB agent made no reference to this balance being reported to any creditreporting agency. I am rejecting this response because: This has not been resolved. They are still holding our money. I spoke to the judge in Sommerville and he read me an email for [redacted] stating a check was being mail to us. That was 2 weeks ago and nothing. I spoke to [redacted] and she claims she never sent an email. I asked her if the Judge was lying and she didn't respond. I am not sure why both parties are giving me a different store at this point. Sommerville will not give me copies of these emails as proof either.

I am rejecting this response because: My filing information was incorrect and I am being treated unfairly. These attached documents are evidence of my financials during the year 2014 and the fact that I had to establish my own...

independence as a young adult who was starting over. I know my rights and I can not afford to pay the money demanded. I have trouble finding employment as it is and to be denied something so vital to perform everyday tasks makes me see the system is designed  to make one continue to remain in a hole once tagged with that mistake. I was 18 years old  when these events took place, and far out of reality. I only will continue to fight for my right to be forgiven by society and make a statement by improving my life through positive outlets.
