I am rejecting this response because:  I was threatened with losing my license and car first and called a liar.  My husband found out that some clerk at the municipality of Dallas had applied the payment that I had made a long, long time ago was applied incorrectly.  I had a nervous break down and you took years off my life with your false accusations and threats.  You still owe me an apology at the very least.

spoke to an MSB agent in December 2015 you were not made aware of the above referenced account (Ref. Num. [redacted]), and the bill remained unpaid, causing a $15 late fee to be assessed. The phone call, which was on December 3, 2015, has been reviewed. The agent with whom you spoke listed all of your open accounts and balances due, including the reference number [redacted]. The balance due at that time was $20.08, with the $15 late fee already applied. MSB records indicate that on January 28, 2016, you called our office and spoke with an agent who offered to waive the $15 late fee on the account and process the remaining balance of $5.08. A courtesy credit of $15 has been applied to Reference Number [redacted]; leaving the remaining balance at $5.08. Additionally, a temporary hold has been placed on the account, giving you time to pay the balance without incurring additional late fees. MSB apologizes for any inconvenience you have experienced.
