Dear Ms. [redacted], Gila LLC d/b/a Municipal Services Bureau (“MSB”) is in receipt of your rejection of our response to your complaint filed with the Revdex.com (Complaint # [redacted]). MSB is contracted by the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority to resolve unpaid toll charges. You indicated in your rejection that you would like a detailed summary of the toll bills previously sent to you from our office. MSB records indicate that you were contacted by a member of management on February 2, 2016. You were advised that you would be provided with a detailed summary of your account detail as well as a mail report summary of all letters sent to you from our office. I have attached the two spreadsheets along with this response. Please be advised that a second license plate number with unpaid toll bills matching your information was found in our system. That information is also included on the account summary spreadsheet. The manager with whom you previously spoke left a message with her direct phone number. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please give her a call back.

The phone number was removed from the consumer account and was also added toour internal “do not call” registry to ensure no additional calls will be made to that number fromMSB.In your complaint you also indicated that MSB calls your home several times a day almost everyday and you had previously requested the calls to cease. Our records show that the numberprovided in your complaint was never called more than once on any given day and there is noindication that we had ever spoken with anyone regarding that phone number before June 2,2016. You expressed frustration about calls to your phone early in the morning and late at night. Please be advised that MSB outbound phone dialing campaigns follow the guidelines set by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). FDCPA guidelines allow collection companies to dial phone numbers between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.Additionally, you indicated displeasure regarding the fact that our recorded messages do not include specific information. Per FDCPA guidelines, it is considered a violation to provide specific consumer information to an unknown party or on a recorded message. The objective of our outbound phone calls is to connect the party whom we have reached with one of our agents. At that time, our agent is able to verify that we have reached the right party consumer before disclosing personal information.We would like to ensure that you receive no further unwanted calls. I am rejecting this response because:  I have asked MSB several times  for an email with a detailed summary of "ALL"  the transactions regarding my toll bills so I can compare the dates  sent  and amounts  with my checking account.   All they ever emailed  was another late bill they say I owe.   I paid the $5.08 including  the $15.00 late fee with check #[redacted] on 1-26-2016.   Until I receive my detailed summary I have been asking for I will continue  disputing all the late fees I have already paid  in amount of $300.00.   If they cannot prove to me all the transaction I want a refund in full amount.
