I am rejecting this response because: The third unknown party was told it was collection call for an specific debt of court that I supposedly haven't paid. That is Against the law. And even more I I legal is the fact that the they are a scam business because I HAVE ZERO zero existing court, municipalities, or fines or records or debts. That is why they don't call me directly, they try to get money out of people that know my name. I may have to get a lawyer. They can't per law contact me or any other third party related or not related to me and disclosed fake infirmation about me and even if it was real, which is not, they can't disclosed information like they did. There are many complaints online how they call people and tell them they own money for tickets that are not real. They can not contact me or any other third party related to this all fake information.

I am rejecting this response because: The statement are too late because you were held in defaut. Since you've violated both the FDCPA and the FIOA you were sent a default notice. The statement below is from 1 of the 3 letters you ignored and can be used in discovery.
"As proof of claim, complete the attached ‘CREDITOR DISCLOSURE STATEMENT’ and return within 30 days. Failure to respond with the completed ‘CREDITOR DISCLOSURE STATEMENT’, thereby providing your verified Proof of Claim, signed under the Penalties of Perjury and verified by your affidavit, you, MSB/GILA LLC CEO [redacted] are agreeing to your Commercial Dishonor, exhausting My Administrative Remedies. I will accept your Silence as an Acceptance, and your agreement that a Default be entered against you. You will also agree to a Full Tacit Contractual Agreement being a participant in Fraud and to forfeit all remedies under Administrative Law, Judicial Law, and / or MARITIME CLAIM RULES C (6). You should also be aware that sending unsubstantiated demands for payment through the United States Mail System might constitute mail fraud under federal and state law."According to your website you are a 3rd party debt collector, it doesn't used the word "fine" but a notice of Affirmation of Cancellation of Contract by grantor was also sent and ignored ending any claim you had against me.
