I am rejecting this response because:even though the MSA records say that these notices were mailed or sent, they were not mailed to me and I never received them. The only letter received was the second notice. I paid the full balance because I did not want to incur further penalties. I have checked many websites such as Yelp, and there are many of the same complaints. So obviously this is not an isolated incident and you are allowed to make up whatever you want about sending bogus reports. I never have a problem receiving my bills from anywhere else or even from Txtag. I will notifying my congressman, city council, and investigative reports.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:The underlying problems have not been solved by this solution. This company will continue to defraud customers of their client company, the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority.Charging $15 "violation fees" for late payments when payments may be as low as $1.25 is fraudulent, exorbitant, extreme, and extortionist.Furthermore, their failure to send bills in a timely manner, and their short window for payment results in nearly all toll bills eventually being assessed these extreme "violation fees".This effectively extorts the customers of the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority into contacting the MSB in order to complain about the ridiculous nature of the so-called "violation fee".Every single time, the representatives at the MSB will say, "Well, if you pay your bill...", which is supposedly late, "... over the phone with a credit card right now, then we will wave the late fee as a 'one-time courtesy'."This is NOT a "one-time courtesy".  This is the way they do business.  This is extortion, pure and simple.  Their leverage is the fact that the State of Texas has authorized them to tack on arbitrarily large fees to toll bills which are subject to unusually short due periods. The alternative toll company, TxTag, does not have this problem.  Why?  Because they simply tally the toll fees, and keep their records, and are not allowed to charge late fees totaling 3% of the total due or $100, whichever is smaller. The restrictions on TxTag are reasonable and fair, and their staff are a pleasure to work with.  However, MSB is a debt-collection agency, and their goal is to maximize their profits through late fees and revenue extraction through any means necessary, ethical or otherwise.Their racketeering business model should be terminated, and I will not accept any other solution to my complaints against this company except a change of company policy to adopt the late fee-limiting which their competitor has been forced to adopt by Texas State legislatures and enormous collective outcries from Texas citizens.

service and collection services inconnection with the Driver Responsibility Surcharge Program.Your complaint indicates that you would like an honest and accurate review of your application. There are two reduction programs available for which consumers can apply. The IndigenceProgram and the Incentive Program both have guidelines set by Texas Department of PublicSafety in order to qualify for a reduction. The United States Department of Health and HumanServices annually defines the poverty level which is used to determine the eligibility for areduction. The decision is reached by calculating the income received per household, notincluding any expenses.Your application was accurately reviewed to determine whether or not you were eligible foreither program. Due to the income documentation submitted on your application, you are noteligible for a reduction for the Drivers Responsibility Program. Your income exceeds 125% ofthe federal poverty level as well as 300% of the poverty level. For your reference, we have included the United States Department of Health and HumanServices reduction program qualifications table as an additional attachment. I am rejecting this response because:I have tried to return their call-  but received a voice mailbox and left a follow-up message that I had called. I have not heard back from them yet.I am waiting on my bank to mail me the proof of the payments that I made to them (6 or 7 payments), and then will forward these to them. However, I feel that they should be investigating this matter further instead of putting the burden solely on me (when they accepted my money). Also, there were many late charges and fees for not paying assessed that need to be reversed, because made my payment on time.
