I am rejecting this response because:MSB states that their records show that they never called our home phone # more than once a day. That's a total lie and their records are simply wrong. Here's the truth ---1) They've been calling for months on end leaving a recorded message for a person we never heard of, and the last week when we decided to contact the Revdex.com, the recorded calls were coming in to times a day, from early in the morning to late at night, and we couldn't stand it any longer, so we contacted the Revdex.com. 2) Several months ago, my wife returned their call at least twice to a phone # they left on our answering machine. When the person answered that #, we explained that we have had our Private # for at least years, and we never heard of the person they're calling about, so "please take our phone # off your list". They responded that they would. But here we are, several months later, still getting those calls!!
We do appreciate that now they say they our phone # has been added to their "do not call" registry, and that we will not get calls from them any longer. If we do, we will not only contact the Revdex.com, we will also contact the Attorney General of Texas, and the Federal Trade Commission

I am rejecting this response because:We know for a fact that this is not trueWe have had dealings with this company beforeWe have called all local and state courts for outstanding fines and we do not have anyTwo years ago this same company called my wife harassing her at work and on her cell phone and it was not validIf you Google this number it is listed all over as a scam to get moneyOur local police department had the number listed as well as a scam numberNow they are using local burner numbers to try and get a hold of youSo yes please have them remove our numbers from their list and ask them to please leave us alone

and collection services in connection with the Driver Responsibility Surcharge Program. Your complaint claims that you did not receive correspondence notifying you of your surcharges causing your driver’s license to be suspended and possibly affecting your credit report.
