We're working on getting a repairman out to assist her with the issue

The customer wants to cancel and order that is already in our warehouse, and according to our return policy there are fees for thatWe were closed for a holiday so it delayed the shipment a bit, as a one time courtesy we offered to cancel the order for a full refund

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: That's fine that they had limited trucks the week of Passover, and the Monday and Tuesday following Easter, but that does not explain why this wasn't delivered in the original "shipment" window They are shipping from a warehouse in Brooklyn, and they told me it was a local delivery and that they're local deliveries are "shipped and delivered on the same day" So this should have been delivered March [redacted] Alternately, they could have delivered it Wednesday the ***, Thursday the [redacted] or Friday the [redacted] No reason for it to be delivered on Sunday the ***.Further, they scheduled the delivery for Sunday evening The driver called me at 3pm that he would be there in 5-minutes He called again at 3:saying he would be there in minutes, and finally delivered at 3:45pm I rearranged my plans Sunday evening for this delivery, and then had to rearrange my afternoon to get back for him when he arrived earlier than expected And he still arrived minutes late.And to top it all off, there are scratches on the dresser In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Hi, Thanks for contacting our customer support.We apologize for any concern about the warning label; the manufacturer puts that warning on there, so they should be able to sell their product in California tooThere was a late preposition which was passed in the state of California against a specific product used in the production of furniture, which none of the other states in the US have agreed withTherefore this label shouldn’t be of a concern, it is there only to serve the purpose of following the lawAt this point if the customers still wants to return the product we will have to work according to our return policy which is a 25% restocking charge on the item and the original shipping fees we paid to have the order shipped cannot be refunded eitherWe appreciate your understanding

We truly apologize for all the aggravation this order has caused.According to our terms: we need to go with the repair.We already have a repairman standing by and ready to make the appointment for the repair.(the problem with us taking back items is that we end up dumping them when they come back - we don't resell returned items)

This was my first time of buying online furniture and all went wellOrdered whole set of sectional with end tablePrice range is very low compare to other sites, so saved some $$Shipping was very fast and shipping persons were very helpfulI would like to recommend this for all

We initially did not offer compensation since we were working to resolve the claim by ordering partsWe do apologize, it did take a while for us to get the partsWe are truly sorry, however we unfortunately could not get it any soonerAs of now the bed is complete and perfect and can be used, the matter is fully taken care ofSince the entire process of getting the parts took a while we will compensate the customer with a refundWe can refund the customer $to compensate for the inconvenienceThanks for the understanding of the matter
