That's fine that they had limited trucks the week of Passover, and the Monday and Tuesday following Easter, but that does not explain why this wasn't delivered in the original "shipment" window. They are shipping from a warehouse in Brooklyn, and they told me it was a local delivery and that they're local deliveries are "shipped and delivered on the same day". So this should have been delivered March [redacted]. Alternately, they could have delivered it Wednesday the [redacted], Thursday the [redacted] or Friday the [redacted] No reason for it to be delivered on Sunday the [redacted].Further, they scheduled the delivery for Sunday evening. The driver called me at 3pm that he would be there in 5-10 minutes. He called again at 3:30 saying he would be there in 15 minutes, and finally delivered at 3:45pm. I rearranged my plans Sunday evening for this delivery, and then had to rearrange my afternoon to get back for him when he arrived earlier than expected. And he still arrived 40 minutes late.And to top it all off, there are scratches on the dresser.

specific product used in the production of furniture, which none of the other states in the US have agreed with. Therefore this label shouldn’t be of a concern, it is there only to serve the purpose of following the law. At this point if the customers still wants to return the product we will have to work according to our return policy which is a 25% restocking charge on the item and the original shipping fees we paid to have the order shipped cannot be refunded either. We appreciate your understanding.
Were terribly sorry to hear about the defects to this order. We've been
busy in the past few days, as we were out for a holiday for a few days
last week, and were still catching up on the emails.
We've forwarded the issues and the photos to the manufacturer, well let...

know as soon as we hear back from them, in regards to the parts needed.

We once again apologize for the issue and for your frustration, however the furniture purchased is not covered under warranty for such a long period of time. The manufacturer only offers a warranty for a limited amount of time, once the furniture is so old and used for a while it loses the warranty. Sorry

[Your Answer Here] It would appear that the Revdex.com is as uneducated in Manufacturing Practice as is The Classy Home. As you can see neither company can get past the Term "Guarantee or Warranty". This case or issue is about Bad Material used in the manufacture of a chair. The material used was and is inferior to the material used on the rest of the set causing it to peal away from it's backing. Clearly nothing is going to happen here and the Revdex.com has no teeth to make it so. The Classy Home knows no one is going to take this issue to the State Attorney General's office for litigation for a $350.00 chair. I can only hope enough prospective customers read this complaint to make a difference. Buyer Beware!

This store utilized this low price on google in order to lure me in as a customer. Then, they switched the price after I ordered. It is simple false advertising. All said, I find it funny that this so called "small" business is the first place advertised when I searched for that particular furniture collection on google, which is housed at hundreds of other furniture stores in the nation. If they were a small business, I believe that their name would be more important than the $100 dollars that they were going to lose on the sale. I believe that this is a scam that they are running an I think that they need to be investigated further so this does not happen to future customers.

The 25% restocking fee has not been waived. I disagree with their response. I looked at several websites for this product which had no shipping charges. I went with your site for the cheaper price. Your site did not give me any shipping charges prior to completing the order. Why would I choose to pay $130.00 more for an item I could get cheaper somewhere else. Had the shipping charges been disclosed up front I would have purchased from a different provider.

Unfortunately, I have been unable to find a local glass company, offering a reasonable price to replace the glass portion of the table, All estimates have been over $1000.00. I would be willing however to replace the glass portion of the table with the manufacturer, and accept the $50.00 credit towards the purchase of the glass.
