The information given included accreditation, time frame, acceptance by other school and a working relationship with Excelsior CollegeAccreditation did not exist as it was explained, I have not found a school that would accept the credits obtained if anyTime frame was completely no where in line with what I was told at the sales spielWorking relationship with Excelsior again was not found to be reliable, or truthfulI have not used the program at all becoming extremely upset with all inconsistenciesI have asked for a full refund to which I was told we simply don't do that if you choose not to use our services that's your choiceAsking to speak with a Supervisor I was told there was no one else, this was all I would getI would like a full refund, including financing costs, it was deceptive, wrong, unusable, totally unacceptableThis is now paid in full and unusable

The College Network representative was a fast talking individual that implied the program will assist you with the RN program at Excelsior as well as assisting you with college coursesI signed up with the college network, the rep ask to retrieve my transcripts from a previous college in which they acquiredI contacted Excelsior and received information they are not affiliated with the college networkI then called both The college network and Southeast financial to cancel the contract and was informed it was after the three days, I am now paying monthly to this financial institution for a program I have begunThis has been a complete nightmare and a scam on behalf of The college network and Southeast financialI had been informed by a rep from southeast financial that several individuals have made inquiries for retribution against both of these companiesThe college network are fast talking,roping words in circles until the end of conversation all I heard was fulfilling my goal

This is the worse company ever to deal withThe never respond to emails, calls, and they never send in the exam feesI filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and The College Network agreed to return all my exam fees and to this date they have not, and it has been over a year

I have spoke with separate people over the last year through academic support with The college NetworkThe College Network is supposed to credit $1,to my loan that was financed for classesThe credit was for classes that they applied to my loan because the thought I needed them and I didn'tBrooke Cfrom academic support told me that this would take up to weeks to processI printed out that conversation to be on the safe sideNext I spoke with April from Customer support and was told that the credit was still pending and I printed out the conversation with her as wellI have sent them an email to the only email availableI have called every number I can find for The College Network which sends me back to academic services, gives me the same email address and/or goes to a voicemail that is fullThis has been going on for over a year and I get no reply from anyone

I was interested in becoming a RN from being a LVN.At my work The College Network came and did their spill about how easy it was to become an RN with their programStrike you can not work as a RN outside of California with their educationStrike they dont accept financial aid ( I later found out its because the federal government wants nothing to do with them) So days into the program I want to drop I call and I am directed to fill out a form and send it inI did that,I assumed I was dropped and never logged back onNOPE! I moved and about years later I am hit with lawsuit for the defaulted loanfor a school I went to for daysI stopped going only because I could tell it was a scam, once I started opening up my course

The College Network advertises that they will reimburse for testing exam fees following completion with a passing grade I have attempted to speak with their accounting department regarding the exam fee checks that they have not paid back to me I have been waiting for over a year for these to be reimbursed I have only been able to speak with someone from a contracted company and they inform me that these payments are "pending"I have made formal written complaints to their corporate HQ and have only received a generic response and no contact informationIt is very concerning that I cannot speak with anyone from The College Network financing department regarding this issue, nor do I believe that they have any intent on paying back these fees

I was approached by The College Network in 2014, because I am an LPN and was looking for an online program to bridge from my LPN to my BSN and a Representative came to my house and signed me up for "prerequisite classes" that she told me I needed to take to prepare me nursing courseworkIt wasn;t until I was taken for almost $that I realized that The College Network is a complete scam that takes advantage of nurses that want to advance in their careers, most of them left scrambling like myself from their financing company, *** ***, who are demanding payment for modules I never received in a total of an addition $Not only has The College Network falsely advertise themselves as a college (according to their representative), but it is negatively impacting my credit rating because their loan servicing company, *** *** is demanding payment for it and because I decline payment for services not rendered, they threaten legal actionI can't get my money back

I signed up in for them to assist me in getting my RN and pay for a test, in which they were to pay back for in weeks when I called and talked to the support person they stated it was there and should have went out
and I needed to email the correct place so I did and no response
So I ask my lawyer to write a letter and they did not get a response
