This does not only disregard the main complaint I have against the company, it exacerbates itI attempted to cancel my contract with TCN over years ago and was told that I would continue to have to pay my loan to them in full because I had access to all of the information since day So if I was to cancel the services with TCN now, after I paid my loan off in full, not only would I have to wait an ADDITIONAL 10-weeks for the requested exam fees I asked for over weeks ago, but I would lose all of the resources I've already paid forHypothetically, if I was to accept the offer, at very best I am looking to receive all monies owed 26-weeks (out of weeks in a calendar year) after initial request, which by any business standard is unacceptable.This does not address the fact that TCN has already failed to deliver on their promise to process and send the monies owed within the 2, then 6-8, then 10-week time frame I have been repeatedly toldTo have a resolution to cancel my services that are already paid in full and hope in good faith that TCN would follow on their word now is rather insulting and provides absolutely no benefit or resolution to me whatsoever

TCN is an educational services and eLearning company which provides study material and support to help its customers pass college equivalency examinations. TCN has assisted many customers in obtaining their degrees at the Associate, Bachelor’s or Master’s level
*** *** signed her purchase agreement for her Bachelor of Science degree program according to its terms on January 05, 2011. At the time she signed her purchase agreement, the program that *** *** purchased was approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing (the “CBRN”). In December, 2012, the CBRN changed its position and determined that its prior approval was erroneous. TCN is working on solutions to this issue.
TCN believes it has fulfilled its obligations under the contract and that *** *** is obligated to fulfill its obligations under the contract, specifically to pay TCN for the educational materials and services provided. It should be noted that ** *** contract with TCN under the heading Customer Acknowledgment clearly states that TCN customers understand that “TCN is not responsible for changes to state board of nursing or other regulatory requirements, nor is it responsible for changes to state board of nursing or other regulatory requirements, nor is it responsible for the approval of various programs by any boards or agencies.”
However, as a good corporate citizen, and without any admission and without any waiver, at this time TCN is willing to grant *** *** request for cancellation under the following conditions:
1. *** *** execute TCN’s Release and Settlement Agreement; and
2. Upon that execution:
(a) TCN will pay off and close *** *** loan in the approximate amount of $*** with Southeast Financial Credit Union
(b) Monies paid by *** *** under her contract with TCN will be treated as an “Educational Credit” which can be used by her at any time in the future to complete her advanced non-Certificate TCN educational program using TCN materials.
Please have *** *** call me and I will make arrangements to forward to her TCN’s Release and Settlement Agreement for her review and approval

When signing up for The College Network, I was under the impression that I would be taking classes and testing out of the classes that they told me would be through colleges they were in a partnership with, for me it was Excelsior College It wasn't clearly presented to me that I was signing up for a test preparatory program until after the second time I contacted them to tell them that I did not want to do the program I was told that they have a board of people that know what is on the test and this is designed to enable me to pass a test I wanted to take classes and be able to speak to an instructor and ask questions and have discussion with other classmates and take tests that test my knowledge not take a quiz and then it give me the answers After finding out that Excelsior College is not in partnership with The College Network I again tried to get out of the contract and they told me again that the only way to get out was to transfer my credits was to give them to a family m

On or around 04/09/2015, The College Network, Inc and their Program Advisor, Jeryl W***, fraudulently misrepresented to my mother and I that The College Network's online nursing degree program could make a reasonable accommodation to accommodate my disability (severe testing anxiety and attention deficit disorder), by allowing me to take final exams for my online nursing degree courses over the computer with a relaxed time limit Relying upon W***'s representations, I agreed to enroll in the online nursing degree programAt the conclusion of the first course, W*** and The College Network reneged on their promises and refused to provide the accommodation To date, The College Network has refused all attempts to resolve the matter Recently, I became aware that MrW***'s contact information, which he provided to me at our 04/09/meeting, is no longer valid Neither The College Network, nor MrW***, has since provided any updated contact information

I submitted a request for my test fee payment weeks agoAccording to the Academic support department (which is contracted out) my fee is still pendingThis is unacceptable and is delaying my program completionI have been approved to schedule my exam, however am not able to schedule without my exam fee (which is money that I have already paid to the College Network)I have sent emails to them with no responseI have called the college network different times and am unable to talk to a personThey advise you to email them your request, as I have done times with no responseI am told by the advisors that this department is "backlogged"This is NOT my problem, however I am the one paying for it

This business solicited a program to me that would provide test prep material and exam fees to complete a nursing degree with Excelsior CollegeThis program was financed through Southeast Financial via an application with College Network Representative Gary ***I have since completed all nursing classes and have NOT been reimbursed by College Network for these fees, for a total of over $I have spent the last year calling, emailing, and filing disputes with College Network and have yet to receive any response or exam reimbursements

In I signed up an online class through The College NetworkIt was a personal loan that I started paying monthly around $a monthTheir study guides and online modules was not very helpfulI continued to do the online class approximately monthsEvery time I call to inquire about the clinical portion of the program the College Network representative always says that their contract with *** *** and *** *** *** is still pendingI finally decided to call The College Network and told them that I would stop with the online program because of their poor service and their online formatting is not helpful to learning and passing the classesI requested them numerous times to send me credit for the subjects I passed but never receive anything from them even though I paid for it
When I called them back in the College Network informed me that they are not accepting students from California and I owe them the full loan of almost $10,I was paying them $
