TCN had a 5-Day Cancellation Policy*** *** did not contact TCN within five business days to cancel her contract
*** *** enrolled with TCN on July 17, for the purchase of Comprehensive Learning Modules related to the Associate of Science in Nursing degree program offered by Excelsior College*
TCN would like to take this opportunity to remind *** *** that her TCN program has a “Lifetime Guarantee”, including a testing guarantee**In addition, TCN has developed the Academic Guidance Planner and TCNResourceCenter. Those features were designed to assist TCN customers in reaching their educational goals. The Academic Guidance Planner offers resources to help TCN customers determine what type of learner they are and the best way for them to study, organize their studies, and have a point of reference for their degree program progressionThe TCNResourceCenter is a learning environment that allows TCN customers to access their Comprehensive Learning Module program in an online, interactive format. “The College Network, Incagrees to provide to all customers in good standing the following support for the Comprehensive Learning Modules purchased as long as I have taken at least one of the tests related to the Comprehensive Learning Modules purchased every twelve months from the purchase date forward: Free updated versions of the Comprehensive Learning Modules (shipping and handling may apply) for the duration of my testing program with The College Network, Incand assistance in obtaining information and identifying test site locations

However, as a good corporate citizen TCN is willing to grant *** *** request for cancellation under the following conditions
TCN requests that *** *** execute TCN’s Release and Settlement Agreement
TCN will pay off and close *** *** loan in the approximate amount of $8,with We Florida Financial
Monies retained by TCN will be treated as an “Educational Credit” which can be utilized by *** *** at any time in the future to complete his non Certificate TCN educational program using TCN materials

It is generic and does not even address the issues at hand: that we are paying our monthly fee and have not received the check requested for his microbilogy exam in weeks. This is unacceptable. We have now obtained an attorney, and our attorney sent a letter to TCN, Southeast Financial Credit Union and also the Attorney General. I have also filed a complaint with the FTC. The only way this issue can be resvolved is if they let us out of our contract and buy back the debt associated with the loan. Fraud, deceptive practices,etc. We have paid for a service, that we are not receiving anything for. Please direct your correspondance to our attorney, *** ***.*** ***

Purchased testing materials to study for exams administered by excelcior college and paid for exam fee and took exam failing miserably, contacted college network reguarding test was told by representative name Greg that the test that I took was the wrong test and was not told prior that a&p test was completely different than a&p and A&p Had taken a&p and passed, failed a&p Information that was given was for credit exam and not seperate a&p& was not given correct information

I signed up for the college network as they stated they would provide me with online courses and exams and a private counselor to keep me on trackWhat I received were online links to print out my own textbooks and I have not spoken to any personal counselor in two yearsI attempted the courses and tried to self teach and then called to set up an exam for an algebra class and they told me they didn't believe I had spent enough time studyingEach class was supposed to take weeksI spent months on this classThey have taken money from me every month and not attempted to help me in any way they had promisedI signed a contract that was all online and as soon as it was signed it was deleted by the college networkI have attempted to have them send me a copy to my residence which they will not do unless I send them more moneyI officially informed them today that I will not be paying on this loan anymore

On or around 04/09/2015, The College Network, Inc and their Program Advisor, Jeryl W***, fraudulently misrepresented to my mother and I that The College Network's online nursing degree program could make a reasonable accommodation to accommodate my disability (severe testing anxiety and attention deficit disorder), by allowing me to take final exams for my online nursing degree courses over the computer with a relaxed time limit Relying upon W***'s representations, I agreed to enroll in the online nursing degree programAt the conclusion of the first course, W*** and The College Network reneged on their promises and refused to provide the accommodation To date, The College Network has refused all attempts to resolve the matter Recently, I became aware that MrW***'s contact information, which he provided to me at our 04/09/meeting, is no longer valid Neither The College Network, nor MrW***, has since provided any updated contact information

I purchaced The College Network's "phase 1" in This was forclasses for a total of $7,I have not been reimbursed for my class completions in the past months I am owed for nursing classes and Intro to Psych($2,080) I also prepaid for an E Patient module $which I am not able to access and $for NCLEX success that I have no access to I have contacted TCN repeatedly with no response

When signing up for The College Network, I was under the impression that I would be taking classes and testing out of the classes that they told me would be through colleges they were in a partnership with, for me it was Excelsior College It wasn't clearly presented to me that I was signing up for a test preparatory program until after the second time I contacted them to tell them that I did not want to do the program I was told that they have a board of people that know what is on the test and this is designed to enable me to pass a test I wanted to take classes and be able to speak to an instructor and ask questions and have discussion with other classmates and take tests that test my knowledge not take a quiz and then it give me the answers After finding out that Excelsior College is not in partnership with The College Network I again tried to get out of the contract and they told me again that the only way to get out was to transfer my credits was to give them to a family m
