The company refunds your exams and administration fees back to you for each examI have in the past received refunds without incident howerver I requested my final exam fees back to me on 8/3/and was informed that it would take weeks which is a 4-weeks longer than usualFast forward a year later and after multiple phone calls and unanswered emails I have still yet to recieve the funds that are owed to meI have called the customer support number who states that the only have the email address that they direct customers to as a contactI am beyond frustrated and I just want my funds returned to me

I signed on with The College Network to take my pre-requisites in order to apply to the BSN program with *** *** *** I was told that once I finished my pre-requisites I could apply to *** and be guaranteed admissionIt turns out that I can apply but there is no guarantee of admissionWhen I started the first of the two classes ( Chemistry) with The College Network, I struggled a lotI was told that it wouldn't take me any longer than weeks to complete the class which is not the case I even hired a tutor who is an actual teacher of the subject (Chemistry) to help me with the class who confirmed that the formatting, and instruction of the subject is not consistent with how the subject is supposed to be taughtI have asked The College Network repeatedly to withdraw from the remaining class (a psychology class) to no availI was willing to pay for the class I attempted but wanted to be released from the class I have not even started yetThat is all I want, that i

The College Network advertises that they will reimburse for testing exam fees following completion with a passing grade I have attempted to speak with their accounting department regarding the exam fee checks that they have not paid back to me I have been waiting for over a year for these to be reimbursed I have only been able to speak with someone from a contracted company and they inform me that these payments are "pending"I have made formal written complaints to their corporate HQ and have only received a generic response and no contact informationIt is very concerning that I cannot speak with anyone from The College Network financing department regarding this issue, nor do I believe that they have any intent on paying back these fees

I requested my check to take my Microbiology exam in November of I did not receive it and so I called the company several times who instructed me to write a letter to The College NetworkI did this in August of I continued to call and was told that it was "In Progress"I received a response letter on Sept22, from the College Network that stated, "For any pending exam fees, we'll get with accounting so they can be mailed out ASAPWe appreciate your patience." I waited and received nothingI continued to callI was then instructed to email the accounting department and did so on February 17, I received no response from themI resent my email with again no responseAt this time I have completely paid off my loan so it is simply The College Network who owes me for my exam feesI have called several times but am told that there is no contact other then the email addressThey will not allow me to request any further checks for other classes until I test for

I paid to have my testing fees included in my program and now I can't get my testing fees after waiting since August of last year for one testing fee, the only thing the company says is they are in high demand and told me in August it was up to week process and now it's been months and still no testing feeI have paid my money into this and now I can't use it

I have been paying since to a finance company who paid college network in full for educational purposes and have never received appropriate payment for the exams in order to begin my college courses for the program I was promised to be enrolled inI have never received any response for my financial complaints regarding test reimbursement by phone, email or faxI have attempted multiple times to contact the financial department via email with no return response and no live person is available to discuss payment issues

I purchaced The College Network's "phase 1" in This was forclasses for a total of $7,I have not been reimbursed for my class completions in the past months I am owed for nursing classes and Intro to Psych($2,080) I also prepaid for an E Patient module $which I am not able to access and $for NCLEX success that I have no access to I have contacted TCN repeatedly with no response

I signed up for the college network as they stated they would provide me with online courses and exams and a private counselor to keep me on trackWhat I received were online links to print out my own textbooks and I have not spoken to any personal counselor in two yearsI attempted the courses and tried to self teach and then called to set up an exam for an algebra class and they told me they didn't believe I had spent enough time studyingEach class was supposed to take weeksI spent months on this classThey have taken money from me every month and not attempted to help me in any way they had promisedI signed a contract that was all online and as soon as it was signed it was deleted by the college networkI have attempted to have them send me a copy to my residence which they will not do unless I send them more moneyI officially informed them today that I will not be paying on this loan anymore

However they still have not refunded any money for unneeded subject and truly have missed the whole point that if their program was designed to meet my needs why have I not received proper counseling or written response to studying a subject that needed prerequsisits for and another that I did not EVEN needI feel and have felt that my time is valuable and lost a lot of time studying subjects that was wasteful of my time because their 'designed program for my needs' were not metAs far as the time spanThis my 3rd attempt possibly more to contact them for a refund.Each time my requests are sent to another who does not respond by picking up phoneThis is a lot of money and I have nothing to show for it Seriously I will not go back and keep getting rejected with excuses for not being put on completed courses with no refunds
