TCN has assisted many customers in obtaining their degrees at the Associate, Bachelor’s or Master’s level
TCN had a 5-Day Cancellation Policy*** *** did not contact TCN within five business days to cancel her contract
*** *** enrolled with TCN on January 2, for the purchase of Comprehensive Learning Modules related to the Associate of Science in Nursing degree program offered by Excelsior College*
TCN would like to take this opportunity to remind *** *** that her TCN program has a “Lifetime Guarantee”, including a testing guarantee**In addition, TCN has developed the Academic Guidance Planner and TCNResourceCenter. Those features were designed to assist TCN customers in reaching their educational goals. The Academic Guidance Planner offers resources to help TCN customers determine what type of learner they are and the best way for them to study, organize their studies, and have a point of reference for their degree program progressionThe TCNResourceCenter is a learning environment that allows TCN customers to access their Comprehensive Learning Module program in an online, interactive format. ** The following is a copy of TCN’s testing guarantee, which is a part of TCN’s contract that customers receive on the day they sign up for their degree program
“The College Network, Incagrees to provide to all customers in good standing the following support for the Comprehensive Learning Modules purchased as long as I have taken at least one of the tests related to the Comprehensive Learning Modules purchased every twelve months from the purchase date forward: Free updated versions of the Comprehensive Learning Modules (shipping and handling may apply) for the duration of my testing program with The College Network, Incand assistance in obtaining information and identifying test site locations
If I have not passed the CLEP, DANTES or Excelsior College* Exam for a particular TCN Comprehensive Learning Module after two attempts, TCN will pay the future cost of re-taking the exam in question, up to the maximum attempts allowed (if any) by CLEP, DANTES, or Excelsior College*Additionally, TCN will provide me with specific study plans with one of its Academic Advisors and/or the use of an approved tutor in my local areaApproval and assignment of a special tutor is solely at the discretion of The College Network, Inc.”

Looking into this Revdex.com website, I have found that others have the same problem I haveI have paid extra, with interest on my loan for a service to provide test fee checks as needed when I am about to testI have been delayed in my testing and now have to work extra to pay for something I have already paid for in a loanThis is not to mention the fact, since I have been delayed, Excelsior has charged me an extra dollars for not meeting my quota of credits last year

*** *** signed her Purchase Agreement and all applicable documentation for her degree program on June 29,
However, as a good corporate citizen TCN is willing to grant *** *** request for cancellation under the following conditions
TCN requests that *** *** execute TCN’s Release and Settlement Agreement
TCN will pay off and close *** *** loan in the approximate amount of $2,with LifeWay Credit Union
Monies retained by TCN will be treated as an “Educational Credit” which can be utilized by *** *** at any time in the future to complete her non Certificate TCN educational program using TCN materials
Please have *** *** call me at her convenience and I will send her TCN’s Release and Settlement Agreement for her review and signature.

Last April was a check process issued for reimbursement for class "Life Span 3" Currently I havent received this check! I have called several times and either disconnected or transfer to another agency for their customer service and all they can tell me is that the check is being processed! I have also emailed the college network as told to amd never received an answer!! Email is [email protected]

I have been paying Thc College Network for services they have yet to provide me with At this point I could have finished my degree at another college But since I am paying them I can't afford to I have never been late with a payment.They are impossible to contact And when you finally do contact them they put it back onto us saying we have not contacted them That there is no record of contact I was told upon signing that I would be able to take the testing on line from home and the last time I contacted them they said that was impossible That all testing takes place in a classroom I have not used their services d/t the inability to contact and to gain the resources needed to use them At this point I would like to just call everything even and be done paying for something I am not using and have not used I know there has been numerous complaints regarding The College Network I think its time they are held responsible for their actions They say they are there to as

I signed a contract with The College Network in April,I financed the testing fees so I would not have the burden of saving for my required tests to achieve a nursing degreeI was instructed to call and request a check for my tests when I was ready to go to a testing center for the examWhen I requested it I was told it would take up to weeks, it's been a yearI have repeatedly called and now there is no option to speak to anybody, only a recording instructing callers to send an e-mail I sent multiple e-mails with NO response the last being April,I have the sent e-mails saved Also, I financed on-line modules and printed textbooks that I was instructed to request when I was ready I received the first one and now the academic support line says they no longer send book because it's available to print on-line It was available when I received the first one so I don't understand how they can change their practice after I paid $each for modules I have to cont

read the offer made to me by Tpay off the remaining loan I have with
*** Financial Credit Union in the approximation amount of $I am
rejecting the offer based on these,
TCN lied to me
when I initially contacted them on the 7/27/about their problem with
California BRNI believed that they did that so that I will continue to make
the payment on the loanSecondly, they used my time by pretending that their
program is still approved by California BRNWhen *** came to my house, he never
told me that their classes cannot be transferred to other schools/colleges
within United StatesAll these, boiled down to dishonesty and deceitfulnessI

In 2008, I met with a program adviser who represented The College Network
Many years has passed feeling at loss with this scam program I purchased for almost $10k
I recently saw online that a law suit against TCN has been filled by the attorney general in New YorkI reviewed the court case and court papers, and I everything described is what I experiencedadvertising, and/or misleading information just to name a few Here is a link: ***

When I signed my contract with this company I was promised to be sent a book for each course I would need, I would also have access to an online course content, which reads allowed important information needed for each testThe company has now decided that if I want the books that I have already paid for, I must use my own money for paper and ink to print each book myself, costing me a ton of money per book for books that I already paid them to send to meI have contacted the company via their phone, which has an answering system that does not receive messages, and also via email multiple times and they refuse to respond

On or around 04/09/2015, The College Network, Inc and their Program Advisor, Jeryl W***, fraudulently misrepresented to my mother and I that The College Network's online nursing degree program could make a reasonable accommodation to accommodate my disability (severe testing anxiety and attention deficit disorder), by allowing me to take final exams for my online nursing degree courses over the computer with a relaxed time limit Relying upon W***'s representations, I agreed to enroll in the online nursing degree programAt the conclusion of the first course, W*** and The College Network reneged on their promises and refused to provide the accommodation To date, The College Network has refused all attempts to resolve the matter Recently, I became aware that MrW***'s contact information, which he provided to me at our 04/09/meeting, is no longer valid Neither The College Network, nor MrW***, has since provided any updated contact information

I financed all fees related to obtaining credits towards a college degree including testing fees that were to be mailed to me when requested after completion of online course to pay testing centerI have been paying on said loan and requested my first exam fee in October (possibly November) I was told it would be sentAfter waiting I called back and was told their financial department was "behind"Since then I have called multiple times (now there is a message when you call to e-mail any concerns) and emailed requesting these funds and have received no return response
Over year...no response, no funds, no test, no credit for the exam and I am still paying almost $a month
