I am a student of College Network that has financed my exam fee with my tuitionI was told when I was ready to take an exam to contact College Network and they will release a check for my exam in about weeksIt has been over months since I have requested my exam fee checkWhen I call the customer service number I am directed to an e-mailI have sent over e-mails to [email protected], with no response I have looked at some reviews online and noticed this is an ongoing problem with several other studentsI am at a point that I want to pay off my financed tuition but worried I will not get my exam fee checks, as this is what several other students have reportedI am paying for my exam fee upfront so I can proceed with my education as plannedSo now I'm paying for my exams twice at $eachMy problem is I have no one with College Network to speak toI have sent several e-mails, as they instructed, with no response

TCN is an educational services and eLearning company which provides study material and support to help its customers pass college equivalency examinations. TCN has assisted many customers in obtaining their degrees at the Associate, Bachelor’s or Master’s level
*** *** signed her Purchase Agreement and all applicable documentation for her degree program on June 27,
However, as a good corporate citizen TCN is willing to grant *** *** request for cancellation under the following conditions
TCN requests that *** *** execute TCN’s Release and Settlement Agreement
TCN will pay off and close *** *** outstanding loan balance of approximately $7,with City County Credit Union
Monies retained by TCN will be treated as an “Educational Credit” which can be utilized by *** *** at any time in the future to complete her non Certificate TCN educational program using TCN materials
Please have *** *** call me at her convenience and I will send her TCN’s Release and Settlement Agreement for her review and signature.

I signed on with the college network with a contract stating if I had to take a final for the 3rd time I would he reimbursed the entire amount of the cost for the final exam in fullI took the college algebra final for the 3rd time July I faxed all my recipets into the college network that same monthAfter not hearing anything I emailed the accounting department twice and was told I would recieve my reimbursement check by December I still have not received anything and I have sent more emails inquiring about this and all have gone unansweredWhen I call the phone number provided for the college network it sends me to a recording stating to email my concernI would like my reimbursement money as promised in my signed contractIt is $

This is the second complaint I have filed in the last six months regarding this companyI requested an exam fee check on October 14, When I signed up for this program I was told it would only take weeks to receive my exam fee checks after I requested themIt has now been over weeks, and I still have not received this checkI have contacted them on numerous occasions, to which I get the same answer, "well our department is behind, you should receive and email soon"This company has been behind for over monthsI have to pay my bills on time no matter what's going on in my life or I pay a penalty, I don't understand why this company doesn't feel that they have to do the sameAnd they don't seem to think they have to pay a penaltyEveryone I have spoke to on the phone and online has been very polite, however they all refuse to help and give me the same answer time and time againThis is terrible customer service, and I have warned many of my friends and coworkers who want to go from LPN to RN, who were asking about the college network, NOT to use them, It is far more of a hassle than I ever thought it would be and I don't want them to have to deal with this as well

*** *** signed his contract with TCN on June 27, for the purchase of Comprehensive Learning Modules related to the Associate of Science Degree in nursing offered by Excelsior College.
TCN would like to take this opportunity to remind *** *** that his TCN program has a “Lifetime Guarantee”, including a testing guarantee**In addition, TCN has developed the Academic Guidance Planner and TCN Resource Center. Those features were designed to assist TCN customers in reaching their educational goals. Was told that if I was unable to be accepted at Aspen University that I would be released from the contract I tried to get out of the contract by speaking with the College Network I was told to contract the *** *** *** *** I contacted them, I was told to contact the College Network

TCN is an educational services and eLearning company which provides study material and support to help its customers pass college equivalency examinations. TCN has assisted many customers in obtaining their degrees at the Associate, Bachelor’s or Master’s level
*** *** signed her purchase agreement for her Bachelor of Science degree program according to its terms on December 10, 2011. At the time she signed her purchase agreement, the program that Ms. *** purchased was approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing (the “CBRN”). In December, 2012, the CBRN changed its position and determined that its prior approval was erroneous. TCN is working on solutions to this issue.
TCN believes it has fulfilled its obligations under the contract and that Ms. *** is obligated to fulfill its obligations under the contract, specifically to pay TCN for the educational materials and services provided. It should be noted that Ms***’s contract with TCN under the heading Customer Acknowledgment clearly states that TCN customers understand that “TCN is not responsible for changes to state board of nursing or other regulatory requirements, nor is it responsible for changes to state board of nursing or other regulatory requirements, nor is it responsible for the approval of various programs by any boards or agencies.”
However, as a good corporate citizen, and without any admission and without any waiver, at this time TCN is willing to grant Ms***’s request for cancellation under the following conditions:
1. Ms. *** execute TCN’s Release and Settlement Agreement; and
2. Upon that execution:
(a) TCN will pay off and close Ms***’s account with Paramount Capital Incin the approximate amount of $4,
(b) Monies paid to date by Ms*** under her contract with TCN will be treated as an “Educational Credit” which can be used by her at any time in the future to complete her advanced non-Certificate TCN educational program using TCN materials.
Please have Ms.*** call me and I will make arrangements to forward to her TCN’s Release and Settlement Agreement for her review and approval

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!
I was interested in becoming a RN from being a LVN.At my work The College Network came and did their spill about how easy it was to become an RN with their programStrike you can not work as a RN outside of California with their educationStrike they dont accept financial aid ( I later found out its because the federal government wants nothing to do with them) So days into the program I want to drop I call and I am directed to fill out a form and send it inI did that,I assumed I was dropped and never logged back onNOPE! I moved and about years later I am hit with lawsuit for the defaulted loanfor a school I went to for daysI stopped going only because I could tell it was a scam, once I started opening up my course

I found out they are not accredited or affiliated with any colleges or universitiesThey have been ignoring me for over a year as I've been requesting my exam fee to be sent to me via check since I already paid for them upfrontAt this point I want my money back for the $13,loan that I have with Southeast Financial Credit UnionThey are a scam and cannot help me to attain my educational goals

I have been going through The College Network to obtain my required courses to complete my LVN to RN classesI have completed all my courses and have requested numerous times to receive a testing fee check from themI have sent numerous emails because that is the only way to get in touch with the financial department, I have spoken to people from their company and all they can tell me is that it is being processedI have been told to pay for the testing fees myself and they will reimburse me but I am unable to even get the requires forms needed to do take the test and pay for it myself
