I am a nursing student in The College NetworkThis company owes me several test fee checks that I have requestedIt is only to take a max of weeks to process said checks It's been half a year I am on the cusp of completing my coursework I have courses finished that I'm still waiting for test fee checks to take my final exam I am an LPN for the *** *** and I have already been demoted to the position of Nurses's Aid due to my not having finished my coursework by the beginning of this year The College Network has no phone number to call in regards to financial issues; only an email address I have emailed several times asking for my requested test fee checks and never receive a response Please help if you can I am so near to being done with school and I just want to be done with this company Thank You!

In July I started taking prerequisite courses for my bachelor's program through The College Network (TCN)I financed the entire program including my exam fees through a financial assistance program offered/endorsed by TCN and paid this loan per the terms of the loan in a timely manner and without any late payments at allI submitted a request for an exam check refund for my American History II exam for $on October 3rd, I have never received this checkOver the last years I have made multiple attempts to collect this refund by calling and/or emailing TCN without any successMy emails have gone completely ignored, and the only personal representative I have been able to contact is "Career Learning & Academic Support Services" that partners with TCN whom multiple representatives have continuously claimed over and over again over the past years that my check is "being processed" and have also claimed that they are only a partnering company and they have no other

I was told by Tim *** the representative from The College Network that if I was not happy with The College Network program at any time, at ANY TIME, that I may cancel out of the program Also reviewing the contract the signature that appears on these forms are not even my signature!

To Whom it May Concern,
I am contacting the Revdex.com to report fraudulent claims made by The College Network and to dispute my contract with this companyI currently work as a Licensed Practical Nurse and I'm interested in pursing higher education to better myselfI was contacted by a representative at The College Network and given information about their LPN-BSN programI agreed to speak with a recruiter about the program, and I believe this recruiter mislead me and purposely provided me with information for her own gain (commission)When I suspected that I had been mislead, I researched The College Network further and discovered thousands of complaints from other consumersI have read that the potential consumer meets with the recruiter in person and the contract is then discussed The recruiter that contacted me stated she wanted to review the program information with me over the phone rather than in person because she was "busy setting up for a family p

I submitted a request for my test fee payment weeks agoAccording to the Academic support department (which is contracted out) my fee is still pendingThis is unacceptable and is delaying my program completionI have been approved to schedule my exam, however am not able to schedule without my exam fee (which is money that I have already paid to the College Network)I have sent emails to them with no responseI have called the college network different times and am unable to talk to a personThey advise you to email them your request, as I have done times with no responseI am told by the advisors that this department is "backlogged"This is NOT my problem, however I am the one paying for it

I have requested a check for testing almost months ago, with no communication from TCNI was told when I signed up that it would take no more than weeks to process a check requestI cannot get in touch with anyone from this companyI have paid them $and not received the product promised to meI would like a refund for breach of contractThis company has not done anything it promised

TCN is an educational services and eLearning company which provides study material and support to help its customers pass college equivalency examinations. TCN has assisted many customers in obtaining their degrees at the Associate, Bachelor’s or Master’s level
*** *** signed her purchase agreement for her Bachelor of Science degree program according to its terms on September 13, 2011. At the time she signed her purchase agreement, the program that Ms*** purchased was approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing (the “CBRN”)In December, 2012, the CBRN changed its position and determined that its prior approval was erroneous. TCN is working on solutions to this issue.
TCN believes it has fulfilled its obligations under the contract and that Ms*** is obligated to fulfill its obligations under the contract, specifically to pay TCN for the educational materials and services provided. It should be noted that Ms***’s contract with TCN under the heading Customer Acknowledgment clearly states that TCN customers understand that “TCN is not responsible for changes to state board of nursing or other regulatory requirements, nor is it responsible for changes to state board of nursing or other regulatory requirements, nor is it responsible for the approval of various programs by any boards or agencies.”
However, as a good corporate citizen, and without any admission and without any waiver, at this time TCN is willing to grant Ms***’s request for cancellation under the following conditions:
1. Ms*** execute TCN’s Release and Settlement Agreement; and
2. Upon that execution:
(a) TCN will pay off and close Ms***’s loan in the approximate amount of $5,with Paramount Capital Inc
(b) Monies paid by Ms*** under her contract with TCN will be treated as an “Educational Credit” which can be used by her at any time in the future to complete her advanced non-Certificate TCN educational program using TCN materials.
Please have Ms*** call me and I will make arrangements to forward to her TCN’s Release and Settlement Agreement for her review and approval
