I'm an Lpn, army vet, who in was pressured to join the college network by an unscrupulous sales man, I took exams for my Lpn to Rn program with Excelsior college, I paid in full, around $9,for the program, normally when you take a test, that test is covered under the program, you tell the college network which test you're taking and they send the check for the test normally the next business day, but now, it's taking months to get those checks, the college network don't even have a finance department anymore, all they have when you call the or you get a prompt for an email [email protected], I have sent tons of emails requesting my exam fee for microbiology, and no answer! I want my exam fee, as promised when I signed the contract back in 2008, I have taken exams, I still have about more to go, they promised me on the phone numerous times before, that I'm paid in full and that I qualify for the exam fee reimbursement checks

I would like to withdraw from the program and have financial ties severed with this company I have made numerous attempts no one to speak to and told I am looking to drop out of program but told to email request to [email protected] it is an invalid email and when I call the number provided from their websit the operator gave me the same email and a number that brings you to the email address then hanhs up she said they dont give refunds and hung up her name was Karen please help I have medical issues that prevent me from goi g on with the program

When I first signed up with The College Network in February 2014, I was told by my academic advisor that the best option for me was to finance all of my exam fees in with the loan I was taking out through them so when it came time after all the lessons and quizzes were complete, I wouldn't have to try to come up with the money I was told by my advisor that all I had to do after completing the lessons and quizzes at the end of each class was to contact The College Network and submit a request for a check to be sent to me so I could pay for and schedule my exam to receive college credit hours I was told to allow 2-weeks to receive my check in the mail Well, the first time I submitted a request it took MONTHS to receive the check Now, it has been over a YEAR since I submitted the request for the check for my Lifespan Developmental Psychology exam fee, and over MONTHS since I submitted the request for my Analysis and Interpretation of Literature exam fee Every time I call t

I see my circumstances are in no way uniqueWe've all had our money basically taking form us under pretensesThere isn't even a way to talk to College NetworkThe people that we talk to are only hired to give academic support., but have nothing to do with our money at allwe all need to start a class action suit against themWhy not?

I enrolled with The College Network to assist me with studies to pursue my Associates degree in NursingMy account has been paid in full for quite some timeI have requested a "test fee" reimbursement via fax for a CLEP exam I paid for (out of pocket), passed and sent resultsThis took place in July of I have spoken to advisors who continue to tell me this payment is being processedI have e-mailed the accounting department of TCN with no responseI have more request for testing fees and I have had NO success in contacting anyone that can help

The College Network has not sent me my exam fee to set up final test for grade once class module is completed onlineAccording to the contract, processing should take 6-12weeksI called for test fee on April 29th and called again on 8- and was told it was still in processingThese classes are time sensitiveIt has been 1/years and I have only completed class due to the said issues with The College NetworkI would like contract to be void at this time as it is clear they are not honoring their end of contractThe first class took me over a year to complete for same reasonThis is my second complaint with this company. Looking into this Revdex.com website, I have found that others have the same problem I haveI have paid extra, with interest on my loan for a service to provide test fee checks as needed when I am about to testI have been delayed in my testing and now have to work extra to pay for something I have already paid for in a loanThis is not to mention the fact, since I have been delayed, Excelsior has charged me an extra dollars for not meeting my quota of credits last year
