I signed up with college network by pressure from salesman, which I feel was misrepresentedHe stated I could cancel at anytime, which I tried to do, and my calls where unanswered , tried to get on website and take classes which I could also not do Never completed not even one assignment and now the total amount is on my credit report I would like to helVe this dept dissolvedBut of course I can't get ahold f anyone to help and after reviewing all the complaints, I am not the only one having problems With them

I signed up with The College Network to attend classes to earn my Associates in NursingI signed up to have the test fees included with my tuition fees so that it was included with the Student LoanI have been attempting to contact The College Network since May to receive the first check so that I can test on my first courseIt is now 2/12/and I have not received any checks for the tests; nor responses to requestsThere has been no response from The College Network and nobody seems to have any contact information for them other then a telephone number that directs you to Email that nobody responds toI have been paying my student loan to further my education; however my education has been stalled by The College Network

I joined the College Network last yearWhen I joined, a representative came to my home and led me to believe they were part of Excelsior CollegeI did not know they were not part of Excelsior until I had signed the contract At this time I was told that the college network had help and tutors available online when neededThey are not available when needed and they are not ExcelsiorI have tried to email with network issue but was not helpedI have not been able to log into their site for over months

I signed up to enroll in an online LPN to BSN programAbout a year after enrolling in the program, I began to develop significant health issuesThese health issues have caused me to see doctors, and trips to the ERTwo doctors have recommended surgeryMy job does not offer paid time off or any extra benefits that I would need to recoverI want to cancel my contract and stop the monthly paymentsWhen I contacted the credit union handling the loan, they told me to call The College NetworkThe representative at The College Network referred me to a number that has no live person answering, and only gave an email address
I paid majority of the loan, and am trying to cancel so I can focus on paying medical expensesI think this organization may be a scam

I have been paying Thc College Network for services they have yet to provide me with At this point I could have finished my degree at another college But since I am paying them I can't afford to I have never been late with a payment.They are impossible to contact And when you finally do contact them they put it back onto us saying we have not contacted them That there is no record of contact I was told upon signing that I would be able to take the testing on line from home and the last time I contacted them they said that was impossible That all testing takes place in a classroom I have not used their services d/t the inability to contact and to gain the resources needed to use them At this point I would like to just call everything even and be done paying for something I am not using and have not used I know there has been numerous complaints regarding The College Network I think its time they are held responsible for their actions They say they are there to as

getting a check is a hassleI am now currently enrolled in a college base programI was trying to refund the remaining test exam fees that I fully paid and financed on my sign upMy recruiter at the time said if at any time I want to cash out the checks I can do soIn when I contemplated on going back to a college base program the customer service said I can not get the refund until I finish paying of my financingNow I called TCN customer rep stated to me they no longer refund checks regardless if the financing is fully paidThose are checks I paid in advance that I did not use and the recruiter told me I can refund or ask for any unused test exam fees at anytimePlease help I can use that money to pay for my tuition

I had initially signed up with this company to complete my nursing classes online, however I only used this program a couple times and realized that it wasn't a good program to learn from and when I tried to contact the company about cancelling they told me that was not an optionI do not feel like I should have to pay for this program when I haven't even got to use it and I feel like I was completely misled by the guy that came to my house to talk about the programThere were several facts left out of the information he had given me and I feel like I have been taken advantage of when all I am trying to do is better myself for my family and try to have a successful career

I enrolled in the college network back in for the LPN-BSN program, I did sign the contract which never stated changes in the way the schooling would workI signed up for the convenience of working full time and being able to do school at home and do all the testing onlineWithout my knowledge, a couple months after, all the exams now have to be done at a testing center which you have to pay extra to use the testing centerAlso, having to request exam fees back from the college network, requesting one at a time and they control when you can get your money backI paid off my loan for them months ago of over $10,Now one of the classes that was included in my contract that I've already paid for but have not completed isn't accepted anymore for the transfer school but the college network won't refund me of the class or exam feeI have had to call numerous times to see where my exam fee check was that I requesting before a test in February which was finally received in
