I am writing you again about my problem with college networkI had a cased opened in 2/and the issue was marked as resolvedThe business stated they would mail a check to me for my refund in 10-business days from Feb That date would have been 3/13/I called them on monday and spoke to a customer service rep who stated he couldnt find any record of the check being mailedI asked to speak to the gentleman in charge and was put through to his voice mailThe sales rep supposedly sent him an email alsoI have not heard from him yet and still don't have a check in the mail.Regards,*** ***

When I reported them to Indiana Revdex.com, Bernard *** wrote a settlement agreement to cancel the loan and balance any money I payed from August until the loan is cancelled
In the settlement agreement, he stated that it will take about to weeks for the cancellation to go through. To this time, I am still paying for the loan and have tried contacting him to know why he has not
honored the agreement. He is not returning my callsPlease I want you to open the case again because he is not living up to the agreement

I am a RN student through the College Network I requested that my Exam Fee check for Microbiology be sent to me 1/ I have not received my check I have not taken my test I have contacted the [email protected] address multiple times, and they do not respond at all I have called numerous times, and the call goes directly to an answering machine The answering machine tells you to e-mail them It's a problem

These people are fraudulent, they prey on Americas nurses and America allows them tooI was told that my contract with them wasn't binding until after I passed my first exam and that they pay for all examsIf you compare the exam cost to the school you will see that they are exactly the same priceWell when I went to sign up for the exam I was told that they aren't paying for the examSo I called the lady the who came out to my house and asked her about it, she said I wasn't bonded to the contract until after I pass the first examShe then proceeded to login to her account to cancel my contractWell that is when she found out that she had been firedThat is right she no longer had access to anythingShe then gave me a number to call directly to get the contract canceledI call the number and asked to cancelI got the run around, and once a man answered the phone he begin to repeat himself like a tape recorderI said can you please just cancel the contract, His response was s

The content provided by The College Network for the courses is not applicable to the content on the testsIn all cases I have had to purchase additional information (from outside sources) as I was failing the exams (3+ times) with their contentI literally thought I was in the wrong test for the courses as the content was so far off what was providedIn addition they provide an email address for customer service related issues that no one ever answersIf you get ahold of someone on the phone they are quick to tell you they do not work for the customer service department or The College Network at all and wish they could helpI have written them 10+ emails within the last couple months and have not received one responseAdditionally, I have not been reimbursed for my last two examsThe first one was submitted months agoI called someone in the Academic Support Department to discuss the many issues I am having and advised him that I want to cancel my contract, as they are in breac

College Network owes me two checks $each, one was frm October They contract out their customer service and I have emailed several times with no response The answering service says they are sending out checks, but mine have been pending for a year and a half I have more tests too I just want the money returned as part of the contract I cannot believe they can get away with this
