I ordered a piece framed print from this company on July We waited the weeks per the Web siteAfter the weeks we contacted them and they said it shippedAfter more weeks we contacted them again and they said it was lost in shipping and another would take weeksmore weeks pass and they said it shipped again but system was down and could not provide trackingTwo more weeks pass and they now say that item is out of stockHow can the item which is made to order be out of stock after they said they shipped it?

The order was refunded on September 25, at 6:09am

I purchased an item from thenerdcave.com on Upon purchase it said they are preparing my order and will notify me once it has shipped1/weeks later I had not received the itemI emailed thenerdcave.com and received a reply the following day stating that orders take 2-weeks to prepare, which was not disclosed anywhere upon the purchaseIt is now over weeks and the product has not shipped and they're no longer responding to me about my orderIt has taken an extremely excessive amount of time to receive the order

I placed an order a day or two prior to 7/29/for a piece canvas of the *** *** ***s for my nephews birthday On 7/29/2016, $was deducted from my account I emailed them on August 12th asking about an update to my order I received a reply the next day that said it takes 2-weeks to print the item "to perfection" and up to 3-business days to ship
I then emailed them again on September 10th, at the week mark, as I still had not heard anything The response I got on September 11th, to that email was a convoluted "do you want to change your order, or keep the same product" type of email, from someone who did not appear to have a good grasp of the subtleties of the English language
I advised I wanted to keep the original product that I ordered, and was told that it would deliver to me within weeks
Today is October 5th, which is 1/weeks later, and I still have not heard from them

I placed an order on 07/18/I have been unable to track my orderI contacted them via e-mail in July, again in September, and twice now in OctoberI received one automated e-mail notification that my e-mail was received, but no-one has responded to my inquiry I also called the customer service line and was unable to get a hold of anyoneI received an e-mail back in July stating my order was being processedI have yet to receive my order and have been unable to speak with anyone in the company

I had placed an order with the nerd cave online for a wall pieceThis order was paced on July 10, I have not received any notification of the order being processedI contacted them about weeks ago and they are still dragging their feet with fulling my order
I had order my son a gift thinking I would receive the order before his BirthdayI still have not received a confirmation of it being shippedEven though I have two emails stating it would be shipped the week of July and the week of August They will not refund my money after I have emailed them twice and told them to cancel my order

I ordered from Prime Line Gear on December 14, and have only received my receipt When I attempted to contact the company for a refund I have not heard back and I read reviews online saying that this has happened with many other customers It seems to be a pattern that people will order from them and then not receive the order I have not even received any confirmation that my order has shipped I noticed on the *** page, the company responds with what seem to be fake tracking numbers to people who have had this problem as well I attempted to contact through the *** page because the number listed is not in service and the website was down/deleted

I have the same complaint as everyone else does Poor service, emails saying that it is printed and ready to be shipped My last email stating it is preparing to ship was weeks ago and it is now 8/26/ I ordered (separate prints that form pic), to be framed and I am regretting doing so I was charged on July 8th for $

The Nerd Cave has serious issues with order fulfillment and customer support I placed an order in July for some wall art, a few weeks later I followed up on the order with customer support as I had not received anything yet They told me the standard lead time which was still one-two weeks out Three weeks later, I still had not received any product I contacted customer service again asking about the processing of my order They apologized and asked for patience because they had a large number of orders yet to fulfill A few weeks later, I still had not received the order, I contacted customer support again asking for a specific ship date At this point they said they lost my order and I could either wait a few more weeks for the order or receive a refund I asked for the full refund, which they now refuse to give me It has been two more weeks since they offered and I accepted the full refund Now they tell me my ticket has been transferred to another department and they won't give me any contact information or any other information as to when I can expect the refund Twice I specifically asked for a customer service rep to call me as all of the communication had been through email and it is easy to discuss options via phone than waiting on email, but I never received a call I called their customer service line during their advertised business hours and was immediately put into a voicemail -- and then they emailed me instead of calling my back!
They only respond to email once a week so it is extremely difficult to get any answers This business is a scam and is holding on to my money --- they don't send any product out Be warned!

I ordered goods on the website www.primelinegear.com (which now seems to redirect to https://www.primelineapparel.com), with a company called Prime Line Gear, on November I did not receive an email confirmation or estimated delivery date for my order The money, USD 99.87, was taken from my account on the same day
I sent a chase email on November 2016, requesting order confirmation and details about delivery, but did not receive any response
On December 2016, I received an automated email from Prime Line Gear, asking me to leave a review on my "purchase", as the single contact I have had with this company
Today, I came across Prime Line Gear on your website, finding out that it was a trading style of The Nerd Cave LLC, and consumers had experienced similar problems to mine I also found that some complaints could be resolved by the Revdex.com, so I was hoping to follow the same route
It may be useful for you to add the following details to your known addresse

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! I bought a picture from them on black friday weekend of weeks later I had not recieved anything saying the order was shipped, so I reached out to themIt took emails and a Revdex.com threat for them to respondThey told me its been delayed and refunded me 10% for the inconvenienceIt is not January and I have been emailing them for updates with no responseThey took my money nearly two months ago and now there is no sign of a product being shippedAbsolutely horrible, very shady companyHad I seen this page prior to purchase I would have steered clear

My order was placed online July July my account was billed for the item I ordered through TheNerdCave July I reached out to get an update on status July a response from "***e" letting me know the order was placed it's in process and will take 2-4wks and I will receive an email when shipped I emailed again July for an update through the TheNerdCave website I also called their listed number and left a voicemail No response to either one I emailed again on August (now it's been 4wks since I placed my order) and received a response August from "Vita" saying my canvas order had been printed and will be shipped this week The morning of August I received another email from "Vita" saying my order was received and is being processed and it would take 2-4wks for it to be shipped My boyfriend had been in contact at the same time and was told our order would be shipped the week of August I never received a call back, I never received an email with shipmen
