For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe response given still only places a temporary lift on my ability to make returns as per the posted guidelines at Home DepotThere is no reason why this should be temporaryThe retail connection is arbitrarily modifying the Home Depots return policyThey state they are honoring the posted return policy however it is irrefutable that they in fact are notI have not been informed of a reason why the Home Depot and retail connection feel my store return policy should be amendedI would assume the return policy would not only track returned merchandise but also the total amount of merchandise purchasedIt seems that the retail connection does not care about customer serviceThey have done nothing but put a very valuable Home Depot customer in an embarrassing situation in the store, verbally harassed the customer on the telephone and now have made a veiled attempt to make the issue simply go away by placing a temporary lift on their self imposed modification of a written store policy without just cause to do soI demand that my account be placed under good standing as it was prior to their companies flagrant violation of my consumer rights ]

I do not understand why my return privileges are only re-established for Jul to Jul Then what happens? I am not saying the return was in error, I am saying, I have ONLY MADE RETURN the ENTIRE YEAR to *** *** and it was this one I am not a habitual person who constantly returns items to *** *** without a receipt I am being singled out for nothing done wrong, except o try to return item without a receipt.I want to be able to complete this return and receive a refund This has been confirmed to be a *** *** item so there is no question it was purchased elsewhere and then attempted to be return to *** ***

The Retail Equation managed to reverse the ban on this single laptop yet managed to immediately ban me again when I got a new laptop with transaction ID ***-***I demand this be removed as it potentially prevents me from getting Geek Squad services on this laptop which are counted as exchanges in certain casesI would also like the ability to return this computer if it is found to be unacceptable

It has been three years since the returnsWhen I went to return items I didn't take receipt because the cashier at *** (***) looked them up on my credit card and found the purchasesEach time they ran my driver's license and I guess it went against meMy problem is three things:
Retail Equation said record should have been cleared within a month periodIt's been years since the last return*** is the only that does this against people's credit recordI took my son and husband in the store to see what would happen. Their CA id's were rejected alsoI want to know what my license and their license have to against my driver's license? How is this connected? They have never even been in the store to shop. I wrote a letter and did everything they wanted and they have no record of checking their id's with the rejected receiptNow I would have to do it all over againI keep getting the run around with Retail EquationThere not even in the US, other people working in IndiaRetail Equation has a lot of complaints on them against *** *** and *** *** doing this. I don't have any problems with those merchantsI believe it is *** doing this in a way that is not really fairCould you look into a bit moreI just want my record clean*** can put a note anywhere they want saying that I can't return without a receipt because no one has to worry, I will never shop there againThe company has all the recordsI don't know how to download them and it is a lotWould be more waste of timeI have spent way to much time on this nonsense.
Also, I was informed that I can get a full copy of my file not just the return activity reportI asked RE yesterday and it seemed to be a noI want to have that please.
