If you haven’t done so already please feel free to visit [redacted]s website for more information regarding their data collection practices. Attached is a copy of the receipt you received at the time of the warning. Revdex.com: Although this is not the solution to my problem since I'm requesting the removal of my personal information from this company that I never consented to, I will provide the requested info. Transaction ID: [redacted]This is the denial transaction. Here is what happened: I went to exchange my defective phone for a new phone, I was given the warning and was required to sign this warning before the transaction could be completed. [redacted] computer system went down before the exchange could be tendered. We went to another computer to retry to transaction, but when we tried it a second time, the computer denied me the exchange. I was "supposedly" supposed to have 1 return/exchange left before getting denied, but since the computer malfunctioned, it acted as if the exchange was completed which it wasn't. Regardless, get this fixed and removed my information from you system.

For your convenience, [redacted] offers printed receipts, the ability to have receipts emailed to you as well as the ability to look up your receipt and purchases if you used your [redacted] account/Debit/Credit Card or made your purchase online. Our records show that The Home Depot has already provided you with an accommodation for returning at their stores from 6/11/2015 - 7/2/2015. At this point The Home Depot is not providing any further accommodations. I DID provide my receipt to [redacted] ** at the time of return.  I want my name and information removed from your database!  The Retail Equation used false information and based on that The Retail Equation has a "red flag" on my name. You've undermined my character and I've been wrongly acused as she type of fraudster.   Again, I want my name and information removed from the database belonging to The Retail Equation.

[redacted] I do not accept the response because the report submitted to me called a TRE is incorrect, I have tried to contact the company numerous times to correct the issue but don't seem to get anyone that understands english and each representative is less than helpful stating they can't give me any information other than the TRE report.  I'm not sure how this company stays in business considering the reviews that I have read on the internet but what I am sure of is that their reporting procedure is incorrect and there does not seem to be any way to working with them to fix it.  I have made many phone calls and sent two letters with no response, how am I suppose to fix the problem when no one in the company will respond and I can't seem to find a way to contact Best Buy to let them know that this company is feeding them incorrect information on not just me but others as well.
