Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint It is apparent that Kroger in its entirety have CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES, which is the PRIMARY reason for my complaintThe consistency with using coupons at Kroger's store is a small portion of my irritationIt is also evident that whomever read my complaint, clearly didn't read it AT ALLMy MAIN concern for writing the letter was due to the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and the way I was spoken too by Kroger employees and front line mangersI was NEVER rude or acted as suchThe employees that were rude to me obviously do not like their job at KrogerI can understand policy, it was how they acted towards me, as if I were trying to steal from the storeI really did not like how one employee called the manager over the intercom and I was only standing in line waiting to be checked outThen when she arrives to the front, she tells the cashier what coupons to take from me and it was my 2nd time ever being in that store.I sent two letters to Kroger in March (one certified and one regular mail)I also called Kroger's corporate office and Kroger's customer service number to make my complaintI was give an ID #I followed up several times via phone and NOT ONCE, did ANYONE (manager or otherwise) contact me backThe problem is CUSTOMER SERVICE and yes, it would be nice if Kroger's coupon policy was consistent between the storesI have visited Kroger several times since I wrote the letters and I haven't' had a problem using my couponsI have been able to use (printed internet coupons) on like items without incident (which is the same policy on Kroger's site)I was told in March that the surveillance video would be viewed to verify my story/experience and someone would DEFINTELY contacted meIt was not until I made this claim on Revdex.com that someone has respondedAnd that person clearly didn't read/nor understand what I am complaining aboutIf the customer service from leadership is terrible, I can understand why some of the store employees act the way they do towards customersIt's the example they're givenI am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the Revdex.com response given by the Kroger employeeI ask that someone from Kroger Corporate office contact me via phone or mail to explain their response, before I escalate this higherI was told someone would call me and months later, no one has Regards, [redacted]
