Thank you for the quick response to my Revdex.com complaintUnfortunately, I heard from Kroger's subsidiary *** Claims Management Services, that they are refusing to accept responsibility for the claim filed on October They are now questioning the authenticity of the claim in its entiretyThus questioned is my integrity and truthfulness in filing this claim of contaminated fuel with Kroger While I take great exception to their allegation that the fuel purchased at their store didn't belong to them in the first place As a *** *** ***r of over years of service with the ***, I seriously questioned how this Company can make a arbitrarily and capricious decision to deny this claim based on unproven and unsubstantiated statements that the fuel purchased came from a different source Whereas, proof of purchase was provided in the form of a record charge on or about Oct at Kroger's subsidiary *** * *** Gasoline Store, as well as, denying the fuel testing report results provided by the local *** dealership, that proves beyond a reasonable doubt, that the record of purchase and contamination is indeed creditable Not only is Kroger unwilling to contact the local car dealership for a copy of the test results but refuses to provide me, the Complainant, with a copy of their "so-called fuel analysis report of their store's fuel storage facility before, during and after the incidentThey simply have advise us verbally that the claim was denied for these stated reasons. Therefore, we reject the verbal response as inconclusive, one-sided and without merit We urge the Revdex.com to continue to pursue this matter with Kroger Executives until a satisfactory response and/or proof is provided which supports their verbal allegations that the fuel purchase was not contaminated which has now caused extensive damage to the operating system of a brand new *** ***. Your continued assistance is greatly appreciated

*** *** They "claimed" to have put a credit on my kroger cardThis is not trueMy husband went to the store the day after they claimed this and there was NO CREDIT on the cardI have the receipt to prove that !

I am currently out of country returning in mid JulyI was expecting the business to return to my complaint soonerI do not travel with old receipts and will get back to you when I get settled once I returnI believe Kroger ' customer service phone claimed clearly before our conversation the phonecall was recordedI called them as soon as I left the gas stationPlease look into your recordings meanwhile. I had to file this complaint twice because, the first time, Kroger sent a response that had absolutely nothing to do with the issue I raised in my complaint This proves Kroger disregards their customers and doesn't take any complaint seriously I was then forced to file the same complaint again The Revdex.com sent written responses to Krogerboth of which were ignored Once again, this proves Kroger disregards its customersbut it also proves they will arrogantly disregard and ignore the Revdex.com as well By the time they finally did reply to me, it had been more than months since the issue was first raised I will not make any extra effort to resolve this since Kroger is the one in violation of *** State Law (Scan Error Law) They are arrogantly choosing to do nothing, so they will force me, yet again, to take matters into my own hands to get this resolved to my satisfaction They could have simply responded the first time (in a prompt manner) , acknowledged their wrongdoing and remedied the situation They chose not to They could have done this repeatedly this time aroundThey chose not to Kroger has no regard whatsoever for *** State Law I will take it upon myself to remedy this to my satisfaction since Kroger won't do it
