I spoke to one of our Executive Assistants who settled the customer’s claimThe customer replaced the washers for about $The customer’s claim was settled with a $gift cardI followed up on 10/23/when the customer claim she was never contacted. Thank you for responding so quickly As I stated in my complaintUnfortunately I no longer have the register receipt which shows I was both charged incorrectly and not given the discount that Kroger clearly advertised Thus, I know I'm not eligible any longer for the *** Scan
Error Law Refundas well as the discount I was cheated out of But I did make clear what things I want to have happen in order for this to be resolved I only hope you people will make businesses like Kroger stop ripping their customers offand I hope you people will make them adhere to the law from this day forward
