We've notified the Store Manager of this customer's experience. We are confident the necessary steps will be taken to ensure a better experience going forward. Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint I have called the Kroger Check department and was advised that the account was sent to collectionsI have TRIED to resolve this with [redacted] and with KrogerI sent the payment in August, [redacted] refuses to cash it and Kroger, who they are collecting for is unwilling to help meI have sent certified letters to [redacted] (attached) and they will not respond to my inquiryThe only way I can get anyone to respond is by opening a complaint such as thisKroger, for its part sent the check to collections and has no process for what to do when a customer is trying to resolve the matter and cannotThis is terrible customer service on every levelI do not accept the response as it is a form response with no real attempt to resolve the issue Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint I received a response from Kroger explaining to me that I could have returned the donut and received a refund; they also placed $on my Kroger cardI find their "token of appreciation" to be disrespectful and dismissiveNo amount of money could remedy this situation, however, to be given $and be told that I could have returned the donut is simply just a lack of respect for a long term customerMy daughter could have been deathly ill if the pork entered her systemIf Kroger is unaware of the effects of pork on a system that is virgin to it, they should educate themselves before just dismissing our concernsI am appalled at their lack of attention to this matterI'm even more concerned that this could happen to others; is there a reason why the donuts are not labeled that they may contain pork? As this is not a practice for a donutIs there a reason why their products aren't labeled as possibly having nuts, as having a nut allergy is seriousI see a lot of offenses here, however, I am only concerned with my own at this point and the blatant disregard for my family I do not accept Kroger's response or "token of appreciation"I'm actually very unsure of what they expect me to do with $in their store, purchase more donuts that could possibly have pork in or on them? My Kroger plus number is [redacted] I have been trying for weeks now to get this straightened out and can't get anywhere with customer serviceThey had my account so far behind that they overlooked this receipt survey for 6/30/ and I have not gotten the pts for submitting itI am only asking for what is coming to me and I follow the requirements to the letter when they must be enteredI appreciate your help in this matter and hope it can be settled soon

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint In my opinion, they are fraudulently advertising how they award points for purchases made of "The Kroger Family of Brands" products using their Kroger 1-2-Rewards *** They advertise that they pay points for every total net dollar spent monthly for those items This is not true I want them to stop advertising the lie I want them to admit that they have lied about the way they award points for those purchases I intend to pursue this further until a resolution is reached that I feel comfortable with If you cannot get them to behave appropriately, then I will continue to speak to relevant agencies until someone can force Kroger, Inc to award the full points, or until they end their advertising campaign that announces an award of points for every Kroger brand you purchase using their Kroger 1-2-Rewards [redacted] card Because of their fraudulent activity, I have cancelled my card with Kroger, and changed to a cash back card At least the cash back card pays the way they advertise I will continue to reach out to agencies to report this fraudulent activity, and I will be successful Regards, [redacted] ***
