We want to assure the customer their concern regarding this issue has already been properly documented and brought to the attention of Store Management back on 2/12/when they sent an email to our Customer Service Department on 2/07/All of the appropriate parties have been notified in order to

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.My Kroger Fuel Account got messed up in Oct/and I notified customer service of this problem and I have been going back and forth with them over this sinceI have gotten some of the missing points back but they still owe me to settle this and get my account back on track
The response that was given on this complaint is the same one over and overI know how this works and don't need to be remindedI have been a Kroger customer for several years and up till now have not had a issueEven then I cannot get anyone to work with me on this and just get my account back up to date with the remaining pts and this would be overI'm only asking for what is coming to me and nothing moreI thought Kroger was a better store than this and listened to their valued customersI should not have to go through this and wouldn't have to if customer service just did their job.

The business could comply with the request...they opted not toDeletion in exhange for payment is not unheard of and is not unusalIn fact, each company often does negotiate settlements/payments in cases of extinuating circumstancesAs I explained in previous letters, my father passed away in which caused this overdraft and subsequent late payThis has been the most frustrating situation and I will take my business elsewhere.

Kroger should change their policy and allow my and all customers points to accumulate, roll over to the next and all future monthsI pay Kroger for the points I earn

While Kroger concedes their mistake, rather than honor the deal they advertised, they chose to affirm the *** *** their local store manager offered me with an insincere apology A copy of Kroger corporate's response to me, and my response to them, is attached I find it sad that Kroger would rather lose my family's business and our positive word of mouth, accept the posting of my negative Revdex.com complaint, and accept the negative word of mouth to our friends and family about this situation, which I believe runs afoul of the *** Deceptive Trade Practices Act, than make things right with me at little cost to them by honoring the deal they advertised

Kroger's reply seriously fails to address how store employees treat the customer who brings to their attention that the price did not ring up at the advertised price Perhaps they could address their lack of curiosity to the customer who points out their attempt to charge higher prices than advertised My experience was degrading from the store personnel as if I was trying to "get away with something." I have also asked to speak with them and they have not contacted me.
