Kroger refuses to return the money they fraudulently charged me They have stated to you that they have no further input I n their previous response they stated they appreciated being able to steay money I know they will never return my Therefore I request the complaint stand and that I will not have to continue to respond to their statements saying they will not return the funds

*** *** 1/25/16In an alleged attempt to resolve a prior complaint I filed against Krogertheir corporate offices sent me a $gift certificate that they stated, in writing, could be used at any Kroger storeI attempted to redeem the gift certificate at the *** *** (*** ***) store...and they claimed they had never seen anything like what I presented themand couldn't honor it because it wouldn't scanThe manager of that store told me he was going to 'send a note' to his Corporate OfficesI informed him that I would be making contact myselfI emailed them this past fridayand I gave them until the end of their customer service business hours (9:p.mEST Monday) to respond and resolve this issueThey continue to show their arrogance and disrespect by ignoring my complaintSince they sent me something that their own stores won't honorthey (either intentionally or unintentionally) lied to meSince I had to waste my timeand gasoline driving to this storeonly to be told I couldn't use what their corporate offices sent meI had to pay an additional $out of pocketin addition to the time and gasoline wasted driving to the storeand waiting inside the storeonly to be told I couldn't use the gift certificate. Clearly, the unidentified person handling this matter is clueless like the staff at the retail location. Included in the purchase of the watch is a two year limited warranty. The watch is covered by this warranty. As an authorized dealer of ***, the store is duty bound to send the watch to *** for review/analysis. This was not done. Furthermore, by sending the watch to an authorized service center, *** has now voided this warranty. Additionally, the watch has new damage. The retailer WILL provide me with a full refund or legal action will commence
