So I'm just supposed to take someone at Central Office's word for it that management at an individual store dealt with the issue and I am to receive no phone call from the store to apologize for this situation? Although I appreciate speaking with whomever about this situation through the Revdex.com, I attempted to speak directly to store management several times and have yet to be able to do so Why is it that I cannot receive a phone call from the store management? Is this typically how issues are handled? I have obviously spent a great deal of time on this situation to ultimately not receive any retribution for the extreme inconvenience and not receive a phone call from the store This is unbelievable I will not shop at Kroger on *** again.

Yes, the matter has been resolved but not as a result of the Revdex.com's assistance or the call that I receivedI actually sent an email to their CEO and that is how this was resolved in my favorI also made it out with an apology and a gift cardI would like to provide additional information about the call that I received as a result of the Revdex.com complaint
The call was regarding formula that I PURCHASED in ** and attempted to EXCHANGE it in **, where I resideThe EXCHANGE was refused by a ** Kroger storeNo, I did not have my receiptThe agent, after speaking with her, seems to be just another cashier with a different title because she was cluelessShe upheld the store's refusal but I am not even mad about thatWhat has made it apparent that she is clueless is the fact that she kept telling me that I was trying to return the formula when I told her multiple times during the call and in the Revdex.com complaint that I was attempting to EXCHANGE itI guess she wasn't listening to what I was saying nor did she read my damn complaintUSELESS! She also brought up the fact that I may have used WICI specifically stated that 1.I PURCHASED the formula that the formula was PURCHASED OUT OF STATE which the sticker on the box showed as it was a different regionIf she did any reading or research and being in her position that she claims to be, she would have read that I PURCHASED it and she would have known that you can't use WIC out of stateBut stupid didn't do either other than she read from her scriptSad and pathetic! She also kept talking over me and her mind was set at what she was going to tell me no matter what I saidHer attitude also showed that she just wanted to end the callShe really wasn't interested in what I had to sayTherefore, this was a pointless callIt's sad that in 21st century, stores don't care how their customers feelAgain, this was discriminationI, thankfully, am fortunate enough not to have to resort to WICBut people have to, and just because they do and they purchased the formula with WIC, you are going to refuse to exchange itDISCRIMINATION at it's best!!

Revdex.com:Kroger writes that the restrooms are a available to customers but they are NOT Store employees still don't allow customers to use the restroom I suggest that Kroger send somebody undercover to see how customers are really treated
