The Kroger Company is saying that Sedgwick Management is waiting on me to call? It seems that every time that I attempt to make a call It keeps leading me a Ms. C. in turn she has this bad disposition by tell me that the sickness that I experienced does not merit to much of anything. It’s like the Kroger company does not believe that they sold me something off of there shelves that was old, and spoiled and that made me sick. So this notion to rebut “the Sedgwick Management is waiting on me to call them” is a flat out lie and the Kroger company should be held accountable for this issue at on of there stores.Thanks[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  
I have attatched 4 screenshots of [redacted]. It clearly shows it is a Kroger site. Krogers response was that I should call the number on the back of the cards. As I have said, I did that 3 times. The number on the back of the card, is the same number under "contact" on [redacted], which is run by Kroger. They are telling me that they are not responsible, Yet their wetsite refuses to help. They have stolen $194 From Me. Thank you

I have called the Kroger Check department and was advised that the account was sent to collections. I have TRIED to resolve this with [redacted] and with Kroger. I sent the payment in August, [redacted] refuses to cash it and Kroger, who they are collecting for is unwilling to help me. I have sent 3 certified letters to [redacted] (attached) and they will not respond to my inquiry. The only way I can get anyone to respond is by opening a complaint such as this. Kroger, for its part sent the check to collections and has no process for what to do when a customer is trying to resolve the matter and cannot. This is terrible customer service on every level. I do not accept the response as it is a form response with no real attempt to resolve the issue.

The customer was contacted on 1/12/17. The claim was filed under a different name. Your concern has already been brought to the attention of our Risk Management department and your claim is in process. Please continue to reach out to your Claims Contact. Regards,Kroger Co.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  First of all, I cannot believe that Kroger deems it appropriate to respond to this Revdex.com complaint with yet another boilerplate reply saying that it has been handled.  It has NOT.  Your store manager told the community that Kroger leases the building and that he was powerless do anything about the landlord not maintaining the property in order to prevent future occurences.  He also told us that Kroger would be leaving that location in less than a year.  I have attached images of the ongoing thread that our community has been using to update each other about the status of this store.  Many of us are no longer shopping there because we don't care to shop where there are sewage spills happening on a regular basis.  So, we're just supposed to take your word that things have changed even though I was in the store as recently as 8/16/17 and it still had an odor in there?  I will update the neighborhood about this complaint and let them know that Kroger's corporate office considers this matter handled - even though the store manager contradicts you.  This is all about choices.  You have a choice in how you treat your customers and we have a choice in where we shop.

I left a message advising all of the appropriate parties have been notified of their concern and all of the appropriate actions have taken place. Explained this was a learning opportunity and all employees have been coached and trained. Invited the customer to call us if they have any other issues. Contacted the customer directly. After researching, the customer already received a full refund on 8/21/15. We'll address this customer's concerns with the Floral Employee in order to prevent this from happening again in the future. We appreciate the assistance of the Revdex.com.

They have offered a $100.00 gift card if I do not pursue it any further or review of medical records to pursue it further. The case should remain open until I've had an opportunity to contact doctors to see what testing, if any, was performed.
