Please have the customer respond with the date they ingested the product, the UPC number for the product, the date and manufacturing code for the product, what kind of bug did they find and what was the size of the bug? Once we have this information we will be able to address their concern further.

[redacted] Customer called Revdex.com and stated he doesn't feel that Kroger addressed his concerns about the treatment he received, nor have they refunded his money or made any effort to satisfy him.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.   
The response from the business was to contact their insurance carrier, which I have done, and they have denied all responsibility.  Rather than keep referring this matter to their insurance carrier they need to address the concern, take responsibility, and provide customer service at a level which they profess to excel at.  There is no liability warning posted at this location that states that they are not responsible for damages done by their property and therefore need to reimburse me for the cost of repairs as a result of their property damaging my vehicle.  I would like this complaint to remain posted on the Revdex.com to alert other customers of this concern.

I'm aware of the $250.00, temporaey limit. if she has no further problems I think we'll be satisfied.at least we won't have to put a pin no. in their system. though I understand there answer about security, I just don't agree. they haven't addressed, my question as to why they told me it's [redacted] policy. I know [redacted] has no policy like that, yet Kroger refused to accept my [redacted] charge card.why did they lie?

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  No one from Kroger company has contacted me to explain how they obtained a "new" prescription using an "old" prescription number. The fact that they used the number off of the bottle from the prior pharmacy proves that this was a transferred RX... not a new one. I'm further frustrated that management refuses to communicate with me regarding this matter. They may contact me at my home phone number if they wish to explain 316-215-1473.

I was provided misinformation by a Fred Meyer employee about their return policy. I was assured I could return my items with no issue and therefore expect that promise to be upheld. I requested numerous times to speak to, or have the manager speak to, the employee I had dealt with earlier in the day and was refused. Fred Meyer is responsible for any statements they make verbally or otherwise, and their response to my complaint is completely dissatisfactory. Outside of the mistreatment I received and received an apology for, which I do appreciate, they have taken zero accountability for this situation. I spent my time and money on/at Fred Meyer based on the information I received and expect them to make right by this circumstance.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  Dear kroger, you sold me on a 48 inch TV 4 k resolution with [redacted].  You gave me a 48 inch 1080 p with no [redacted].  This is bait and switch.  Your offer for this was a 40 inch tv  with [redacted] and a 100 dollar gift card.  How is that Extra equipment.  Don't sell people a TV you don't even carry.I'm just happy people will see your company for what it is.

I printed out Kroger's response and took it to Mariano's.  Their rewards card requires a phone number and I only have the phone number ###-###-####.  As we've already discussed someone else is using my phone number and Kroger refuses to contact the person and resolve the issue.  The clerk at Mariano's tried entering in a string of the same digits, such as, ###-###-####, but that also did not work.  The issue of me needing a phone number and not being able to use my one and only phone number has not been resolved. I have had this phone number for a decade so Kroger should look into when that other account was initiated.

I am not happy with their response because I have reached out to them and their affiliates more than once. I've contacted them and the Turkey Hill customer service and either one has even apologized to me for the inconvenience. I've already done as they said and gone into the store to fill out this form, the manager is never there and I shouldn't have to keep going up there after they damaged by car.
