disconnected.  I didn't get a response from the Company or the Manager.  When she called she was trying to find out where they went wrong. What they did wrong was selling expired prenatal with potential harmful effects.  I tried calling today and still didn't get a hold of anyone just kept bouncing back to the person who picked up the phone.

Called and spoke with the customer. The customer verified they've been in correspondence with the supplier's representative Deirdre S.. certified letter to contact Ms. S. again for assistance. Explained once the supplier has all of the information they require to investigate they will provide her a resolution. It sounds like this person repeated what we talked about on the phone w/nothing else better to say to resolve this and I'm disputing that both the corporate office mainly, due to the local [redacted] store, who I spoke to couple of times then would not return my call again is not working with me to see if they would honor the extension of the sale price plus if the other manager that day I spoke to in the store said if I had that receipt, then don't tell customers they will go with that price of the receipt if I'm able to present it and now here the response back states it was a mistake should be $2 more the price that was suppose to be rung up in the first place. The managers/corporate and staffs should be trained properly and it does not sound like it especially I asked the corporate [redacted] office to return my call and I never got a return call, you call that great customer service?? Huh, it sure doesn't like it to me. Pretty rude people there!!

that the manager has already, and verbally accepted responsibility for the tow by establishing and notifying me the rules of there property's towing service and as well as I was a customer of there establishment not the property and if no action is taken to ease my concern and problem I will be forced to result in legal actions.
I only ask for my money back whether by cash or store credit.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  After filing a complaint with Revdex.com the business refunded the purchase price.  Although the issue is now closed, I still find the whole experience unsatisfactory, it should not have to rise to the level it did, therefore will patronize other retailers in the future.Regards, [redacted]

It is not our intention to frustrate our customers. Kroger has chosen to offer the most secure option to chip card customers at check out. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  I did receive a call from Kroger and they offered to replace the pots that I had purchased, however that is not acceptable to me. I don't want replacement pots as they were not satisfactory to me. I would like to receive a refund of the money that I paid for them as well as compensation for the landscape work that had to be done to repair the damage that the pots caused.

service offered in participating stores. Customers can shop online and pick up their order at the store, without having to leave their car! Customers visit our site to get started. They simply browse for the items they want to purchase and add them to their cart. During the ordering process, they will be asked to select a pickup time and location. At their scheduled pick up time, customers will pull up at the ClickList drive-through (there will be signs to help guide them). An Associate will assist the customer by swiping their credit or debit card and loading the groceries into their car. We do not accept orders by fax at our stores. If this was done in the past, it's been replaced with ClickList. Respectfully, we request that the Revdex.com close this case as this office has no further information to offer the customer.

They don't get it the other store with there program is too far for me or to send anyone. All I want is soap paperplates and toilet paper. Is too hard to help a dessert storm vet out regardless of your programs.
