I have received numerous calls from a representativeAfter crossing calls (despite leaving a message as to my daily availability, he continued calling me when I was unavailable), I finally reached him on 4/12/During this call, he told me my account balance was now at zeroI asked that he reclose the accountI also asked how a closed account could be reopened without a person’s consent - a year after it was closed - and he told me that some recurring charges work like thatI told him I had not had any other credit card work like that.I received an email today 4/17/(see attached.) From how it reads, it does not sound like the account is at zero nor does it sound like my account is closed. I would appreciate this matter handled as I have requested - no balance, and a closed account.
